I would gladly pay for these types of parks over spending hours in line at crowded Disney parks any day. It's small and compact so it's an easy walk for kiddos and grandparents, yet large enough that there are enough rides and attractions to spend a whole day. Outside food and drinks are allowed, plenty of covered seating areas. I was surprised to see peacocks, pheasants(in aviary) and rabbits (in the straw 3 Little Pigs house). Bathrooms are clean. There is a splash pad area, bring water play clothes for the kids if you want. Food is reasonably priced. Keep up the great work ! (To be fair, they have mini golf, which was closed when I was there today, and ALLEGEDLY an indoor simulator, but when I called to inquire, they never picked up the phone and never called back.) Went there to hit a large bucket of balls today, along with every other single person in Deptford; or so it seemed. Large bucket is $13 and is about 100 balls, so the price isn't bad, even though everything else was. First, the mats are beat to shit. They are grooved, indented and just crappy. There are no tees. I even went to the shop to ask, and was told, "nah...we don't have any." So, you just have to hope to luck up and find an empty mat with a tee on it. I had to move from the upper deck to the lower, outside level to find a mat with a reasonable tee, as everything else was taken or without a tee. As bad as the mats are, the balls are 10x worse. I went to Ginos Driving Range in Mantua, and I thought THOSE balls were bad. The balls here are abysmal. Scuffed, cracked, bald; a mixture of range balls and found top flights, etc. Just terrible. (See the pics.) The range is a muddy mess with an old rusted out plane sitting on it. I guess to give duffers something to make noise at. No yard markers or anything constructive. AND, something I found weird/dangerous, is the the range kind of horseshoes, with people on the "sides" hitting off the actual grass, almost BACK INTO THE OTHER RANGE MATS. The grass crowd was basically perpendicular to the other hitters, AND to the LEFT, so a slice from them would send the balls straight at the people on the range. I didn't have that occur to me today, but a ball DID come passing behind us from the other direction. (No idea how....) There aren't many ranges in the area, and this one is maybe barely better than Ginos, balls not withstanding, but I'll still be in no rush to get back here.

The restrooms are well maintained and clean for usage. The staff is friendly, and this place is definitely worth visiting to take younger kids to play. The AC in the room with the double beds was much louder the the one in the living room. There were some people that would yell down the hall instead of walking back to their room to talk to their family. The staff provided all of the amenities (mask, helmet, car, safety, etc.) and were very knowledgeable. The cars went quite fast and took turns very well. The laps/duration felt perfectly-timed and the process for waiting for your turn was seamless. They recorded the races via helmet cam and at the end they give you a QR code/email in which you can see the race results. To note: there is NO BUMPING and they can control how fast your car goes. If there is ever an 'incident' they can slow all of the cars down to prevent any injuries. All in all it was a lovely time. I would highly recommend. However, it can be very pricey. At one point I genuinely thought: Are you trying to put me to sleep, or are you trying to make me reflect on my first girlfriend? Because it was working. I'm standing there thinking about how we used to eat at the Kmart Cafe before the Birds game on a Sunday afternoon in ninth grade. Ahh, life was simpler then. Now I'm trying to explain to my kid that he cannot go any farther into the wave pool because he doesn't know how to swim. Does he understand? No. Does Brian McKnight understand what I'm going through? Apparently not because he's serenading me like I'm sitting alone in my bedroom staring at an old photo album. I'm just asking for a little more BPM. I'm not saying turn the place into Disney Jr. radio but maybe we can at least move the R&B selection from "Anytime" to something with a little more bop. Give me "Honey". Give me "I Get Lonely". Give me early 90s Janet. Give me literally anything that makes me feel like I'm at a water park instead of recovering from a breakup in 2002. The music selection is so bizarre and noticeable that it actually became one of the defining parts of my experience. At some point I started wondering if I needed to be evaluated for some sort of condition. The fact that I'm writing this review probably means I do. As for the rides: my five-year-old absolutely loves them. He'll pretty much go on anything except the two rides tucked into the corner of the park. One lifts you way up into the air for a nice view of the park and the other spins you around real fast. Everything else is extremely tame. My eight-year-old daughter will do everything and is gradually getting bored with a decent chunk of the ride section of the park. She absolutely loves the rock-climbing wall and rope course, though, and would probably spend the entire day going back and forth between those two if I let her. She also loves the entire water park. One big tip is if you're local, keep an eye out for the Black Friday season-pass sale. They usually have a fantastic deal and if you're planning on going at least twice over the course of the year, I'd strongly recommend just buying the season pass when it goes on sale over the holiday. I believe it's around $80 per person for the season pass, give or take $10. I honestly don't remember the exact price. Friends of mine who went recently said they paid around $50 per person for a single day. I do not think it's worth it at that price. Overall the kids love it, there's plenty to do, and the water park is adequate for kids. Just be prepared for the possibility that you'll spend your afternoon fighting the waves while Brian McKnight emotionally transports you back to a relationship you haven't thought about in 20 years.
