Of course you must stop at the store on your way out and they will hold onto something because everything looks wonderful. I even found a golden golf book that I had to take home and keep for storytelling our I look forward to coming here again because there was enough for these kids to do to the point of exhaustion thank you so much

Have yourself a fun time at this park!…read more I visited "Storybook Land" with my mother, and 5-year old nephew on a Saturday afternoon on April 26th, 2025. It cost $104.97 for three PreSeason discount tickets. We drove almost two hours from Newark to Egg Harbor Township because we heard great things about this place. It's known for having a fairytale-themed park with lots of creative statues and interactive sets that represent popular fables like "Mother Goose" and "Goldilocks and The Three Bears." The location is smaller than most parks I've been to, which is good for little kids who want to run to every ride. In a span of two hours, my family and I got on everything minus a couple attractions. There is ample parking for cars, and the entrance is bold with its large sign and white and red castle. The park played Disney music, which was soo cute! I remember hearing soundtracks from Mulan, Cinderella, and The Little Mermaid. None of the rides felt too scary for kids, even the roller coasters weren't extreme. There's also rides where kids can feel like they're driving a car, and a train that shows you the entire park. My favorite ride was "Bubbles the Coaster" and "The Rockin' Tug." The only issue with this park are the food selections. The lunch that my family had here wasn't good- at least from the cafe right next to the exit/gift shop; everything from the cheeseburger, french fries, and cookies tasted stale and more on the cold side than the hot side. I wouldn't recommend ordering food here, but everything else was great. I don't think I'll visit again only because it's so far from where I live, but this was a good one-time experience that I was able to have with my family. If you're in the area, I would encourage you to stop by and feel like you're in a magical world!

(To be fair, they have mini golf, which was closed when I was there today, and ALLEGEDLY an indoor simulator, but when I called to inquire, they never picked up the phone and never called back.) Went there to hit a large bucket of balls today, along with every other single person in Deptford; or so it seemed. Large bucket is $13 and is about 100 balls, so the price isn't bad, even though everything else was. First, the mats are beat to shit. They are grooved, indented and just crappy. There are no tees. I even went to the shop to ask, and was told, "nah...we don't have any." So, you just have to hope to luck up and find an empty mat with a tee on it. I had to move from the upper deck to the lower, outside level to find a mat with a reasonable tee, as everything else was taken or without a tee. As bad as the mats are, the balls are 10x worse. I went to Ginos Driving Range in Mantua, and I thought THOSE balls were bad. The balls here are abysmal. Scuffed, cracked, bald; a mixture of range balls and found top flights, etc. Just terrible. (See the pics.) The range is a muddy mess with an old rusted out plane sitting on it. I guess to give duffers something to make noise at. No yard markers or anything constructive. AND, something I found weird/dangerous, is the the range kind of horseshoes, with people on the "sides" hitting off the actual grass, almost BACK INTO THE OTHER RANGE MATS. The grass crowd was basically perpendicular to the other hitters, AND to the LEFT, so a slice from them would send the balls straight at the people on the range. I didn't have that occur to me today, but a ball DID come passing behind us from the other direction. (No idea how....) There aren't many ranges in the area, and this one is maybe barely better than Ginos, balls not withstanding, but I'll still be in no rush to get back here.

Fantasy Island is a great spot for some family fun…read more My boyfriend and I came with family and some little ones. Everyone had a blast. Tons of great ride options for all ages. The workers on each ride also did a great job. This place turns into a whole party at night - they even had a DJ. The kids really enjoyed themselves and it was great to see so many smiles all around. We didn't try the arcade since everyone was so tired from all the outdoor fun. Definitely give this place a try when the kids are bored, lots of fun!

I was there today and left extremely frustrated and disgusted. I know this place is a money trap- that's not my issue. I loaded $30 each on my daughter's cards and $60 on my own. They went through that money so quickly and this was a big activity for spring vacation so I added another $30 each to their cards. So $60 x 3=$180.00. In all, we played maybe 2 hrs and all the money was spent. We tried to get the 9 Wizard of Oz cards from the machine, only to find out one is super extremely rare and you can play a whole game to get the one missing card if you want but the game seems impossible. My issue is the 3 female staff members who were at the check out desk talking to each other most of the time and seemed annoyed when we came to get the incredibly underwhelming prizes. Turns out my 9 y.o. Had like 19000 points and wanted this tiny nothing toy and a slime that retails for $7.99 on amazon but cost 18500 points there. In the end we were like under 300 short for both and I asked if they could possibly overlook the pts and the two women were so incredibly rude. I get it- you don't owe me anything, I was just asking- but don't be rude. I've had other staff do this when it's not many pts and they can see you've spent a bunch of money. So my daughter put back everything and just got the slime which she had more than enough points for and the lady hands it over all rude like she was doing us a favor and didn't even mention she had like 600 points left. There was one younger male employee who was super cool and helpful. A little kindness and engagement goes a long way. Games are overpriced and the fun atmosphere from the 80s and 90s is long gone. They only care about money. Won't be back there again. Even my 9 y.o. Walked out asking why the women had been so mean to her, even before I asked for anything.

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

My favorite part of the experience was the customer service - every associate that I interacted with was friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful!

THE GOOD ----------------…read more+ LOTS of super fun construction-themed rides and cool machinary activities (e.g., excavator operation, crane operation, driving tractors, etc.) for all ages that you just don't find at other amusement parks. + Very manageable layout and park size for kids. Not a huge park at all. A lot of the rides/activities are next to each other. + Water park is surprisingly huge and spacious with 3 pool areas, including a giant water slide, lazy river ANDDD an impressive wave pool that is loadddds of fun. ++++ Life-jackets are provided for free to kids. ++++ PLENTTTTY of adirondack chairs are available for park-goers to sit on and move around freely. + Multiple areas to buy food with typical amusement park pricing. ++++ Food sold includes burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, cheese pizza, chicken sammies, giant pretzels, chicken tenders, quesadillas, nuggets, deliccccious soft serve ice cream and much more. ++++ Souvenir Cup purchases come with free soft drink refills on the day of purchase. $15.49 for a souvenir cup, while individual soft drink purchases cost around $4.50 (as of June 2026). + Multiple covered picnic tents to provide relief from the sun. + Big private parking lot has plenty of spaces. + Private parties can be booked here. THE NOT SO GOOD ----------------------------- - Activities, such as driving or operating heavy machinary, can feel repetitious when jumping from ride to ride. - Admission tickets are pricey at approximately $50 a pop. - Only open until 6 PM daily, but the water park does open at 10 AM, with the ride park opening at 12 PM. Wish they were open a bit later. MIXED THOUGHTS ---------------------------- = Nada. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = Visited on a scorching Sunday in early June and it was busy, but not overly so. No waits for any rides/activities. Plenty of space and seats in the water park and dining pavilions. Definitely could get busier during the summer when school is out, but early June was perfect. CONCLUSION -------------------- = Loved that the park wasn't overly crowded. The water park was surprisingly large and fun. The rides park was fun, but the construction-themed rides/activities definitely felt repetitious after a few. The price of admission could be a littttle more affordable as well.
