Each time, I was seen by a PA instead, without that being clearly communicated in advance. I was told it wasn't a significant concern and didn't need to be addressed. After seeking a second opinion from another vein specialist, I learned that the issue does, in fact, require further treatment and that the original treatment plan was not effective.

She has always been professional, friendly, listened to my concerns, explained her diagnosis and detailed the treatment plan. The doctor herself is highly knowledgeable but takes a wholistic approach to mental healthcare trying to find alternative solutions to lifelong clinical mental health issues. I was made to feel like I was the only patient she's ever seen with ongoing issues as her solutions that may have worked for other patients, did not work for me. She is also dismissive and doesn't fully listen to your wants and needs. At my most recent appointment, she did not understand my request for microdosing to continue experiencing weight management while saving on cost. She provided no clear timeline for tapering off of Zepbound to maintain my current weight and made me feel that she could no longer help me and failed to refer me to a specialist. I do not recommend this facility unless you are extremely overweight and believe in wholistic mental health treatment. The staff welcomed me and made the initial experience really good. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 and I was not seen until 2:40. This made me wonder if the wait was "worth it". Going forward I need to allocate more time for appointments because I ended up being late when returning to work for meetings. The wait was DEFINITELY worth it!
