Dr. Sean whom is the newest addition to the Total Wellness family is in 1 word Amazing. I've been dealing with a lot of things physically and he always knows exactly how to handle me, he is gentle, caring, professional and very intelligent and fabulous in preforming the zone techniques. I am able to breathe and relax and after when I'm on to the next therapy he always checks to see how I am doing as they all do. These next 2 are not only the best healers, but are my family. THE PLACE for guidance through True Cellular Detox I just finished my Body pack (the second of three phases in TCD) and I know it's doing its job! The first phase (Prep) was mild and I had a bit more energy during the days I was on it. The second phase started to feel different about 10-15 days into following it. I realized that I was experiencing extreme fatigue and brain fog which meant that the toxins were running out of me which was awesome but I had to be able to think and get things done! I did have to contact Dr Melissa bc the symptoms became too strong. She gave me specific suggestions on how to adjust my cyto detox use along with ideas for what I could do for a maintenance month after my first Body or Brain Phase and most importantly, I felt good and was productive again within 36 hours of tweaking the protocol. I've never been able to control detox like this before! I've had heavy metal toxicity for my whole life and previously when I decided to detox, I was either in or out. It would take weeks or months to normalize after traditional chelation. There was no gentle, manageable pace to remove these metals until now! One note: I used up my bottle of cyto detox before my 30 day course of Body phase supplements was done, so I was probably taking too many drops which caused my extreme symptoms. I do recommend that you drink a lot of good quality water on this protocol (I did not do this, which may have also contributed to my temporary symptoms). I am preparing to continue with TCD for a year or more if necessary to fully detox. I've been seeing Dr. Melissa regularly for about a month now, once a week. I'm a bodyworker / yoga therapist, and so I'm unusually body aware. I prefer work that is gentle and more subtle, and Melissa has been really accommodating and sensitive to my needs. I love how she is so intuitive and exact in her approach. I have been to MANy chiropractors and have had some good and not so good experiences. But Dr. Arnold is by FAR the best I have ever been to. She truly cares about her patients and is very knowledgeable and up to date on the current therapies and nutritional information. I had already been going to Dr. Arnold for adjustments and nutritional help, and always found relief and solutions for issues. But the last time I went, tops the list by far. I have other chronic health issues which involves pain and pressure from deep within my skull. The last time I had so much pressure from my head that I could not see out of my left eye. Dr. Melissa Arnold is an incredible chiropractor. I suffered from neck pain that was getting worse and worse as the years went by. I started going to a chiropractor in my mid-thirties. I was diagnosed with mild scoliosis that results in occasional stiffness in my upper back a few years later. I found that Dr. Melissa has a technique that is both gentle and precise. She is by far the most effective chiropractor I have experienced. Working the front line in NYC over the last several weeks has taken a toll on my body and my immune system. A much needed adjustment was what I wanted and what EXACTLY what I needed.
