I am not a very cutesy person, bu I felt at home here becasue the items weren't the same old thing you see in this kind of a shop. Back to Ghouls Night Out. Although Michelle can get very busy, she would always try and squeeze us in somewhere. Due to building process I was forced to make some quick decisions and I could always count on her to get her opinion in time. She gave us as much autonomy as we wanted and guided us when we were clueless. Not only did she have great ideas, she had contractors that she works with and trusts to do the work. If you're too busy, have some professional courtesy and let a potential client know you're too busy. Don't book estimates and not show up and not even call (twice). Poor business and even if you're the best damn painters this side of the Mississippi, this lack of professionalism doesn't deserve anyone's money especially for a commodity business like painting where there are a ton of other reputable options.
