Like a candy store for adults!! We went in looking for 3 items in particular. They had 2 of 3 which isnt bad at all. I ended up asking 2 seperate staff for help and they were both very informed and extremely helpful. The one item they didn't have they did some research on how to get it and called me with the answer within an hour. Great job yall! We will definitely be back!! read more

Excellent selection of everything (except sake - that's a pretty sad section). I don't drink wine, but it's still an impressive collection. I love how many different hard ciders are available. We've definitely tried our fair share already. The staff is friendly, the store is clean. The prices are decent. Booze is expensive unless you're buying crap and well, we don't buy crap - so the prices are what we expected. We loved BevMo prior to Total Wine opening up (and having been to one previously, I was extra excited for more options), but I think this shop is our new go-to. Picked up a great bottle of gin after meeting one of the distillers who makes it. I hope TW has more meet the brewers type events in the future. Makes supporting local even more fun! read more

The store is set up in an organized manner, very clean and so many selections of Wines & Beer to choose from. I went seeking 2 types of wine recommended by a friend. Used to like Bev-Mo, until I came here! This store is great! Huge selection of every kind of wine, rows of craft beers, huge whiskey selection. Of course prices are high, but that's because we have this crazy tax here now! The other night there was a wine tasting going on, and the other side of the store has a growler station. There was a local brewery there talking about their newest beer. I love that hey promote local wines and beers. Store is very clean,and info tags on wines are very helpful. We are a fan! read more

It feels a little weird to review a chain store, but hey - its new to the area and in case anyone is on the fence about buying booze from here or the grocery store, I'd recommend here. First, the staff is crazy helpful. My husband and I love wine and were looking for a pretty specific wine on opening weekend. They had the wine, but not the vintage we wanted - totally understandable. They actually offered to order for us, have it sent to the store so we could pick it up. The selection of wine, beer and spirits is borderline ridiculous - and everything is priced really reasonably. I'm also digging the growler filling station they have in there, complete with 6-7 local brews. read more

We bought a few kegs for our wedding - one half keg and two sixth's. The Total Wine team was easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the beers and cider we wanted. Returning was also very easy - we were able to return to a different location at our convenience. I'd recommend using them for any event! read more

Excellent selection of everything! Seriously. Also you know those make your own six pack's of beer at Trader Joe's? Well thats great and all when you have about 12 beers to choose from. How about the whole store? Theres at least 100 different beers you can choose from to build your six pack. See a liquor you want to try but doing want to buy a whole bottle? They have those little trail bottles of everything! They also offer a military discount which doesn't hurt! Not just beer though, the wine selection is gigantic and they also offer beer and wine tasting classes! They also gave away free pilsner glasses on opening week. read more

My wife, who is of age forgot her ID, and while I understand their store policy and all that, we were obviously in the wrong there, BUT they treated us like we were criminals and lied straight to our faces about how they've been enforcing store policy, how long things have been that way, etc. On the flip side, they do have a good beer/wine/liquor selection, just don't let anyone you're with forget their ID. I inquired about ordering Asbach Uralt for my husband for Christmas - 4 weeks prior to Christmas. I was told there would be no problem that I could pick it up in a couple of weeks. I checked in on two different occasions in person after three weeks. I was told the distributor had 3 bottles (I ordered 6), but they just hadn't delivered to the store. I asked if they could send at least the partial. They told me that they couldn't, but to check back in a couple of days. So today - two days before Christmas - I call to check only to be told that they will not receive my special order until some time in January. Poor customer service, I was going to purchase 12 or more specialty bottles of beer. I brought my niece in with me who visiting from out of town it's 85 degrees and I didn't want to leave her waiting in the car. After I spent 30 minutes picking out my beer, they did not let me purchase the beer Total Waste of my time! I will never come back. The assistant manager is the bomb! We like to drink high quality wine and Total Wine colleagues never fail in making great suggestions. Shopping here is a pleasure. I was in HEAVEN in that store. I found wine I had been unable to find elsewhere. They also carried the pear cider I love and again, can't find easily. The assortment of liquor minis was amazing. This place has more wine selections than we expected. Also had a nice beer and spirit selection along with cigars. We stopped by to look and they were giving out tickets for wine and tequila testing. I believe we had 10 tickets each and we got through 6 of them before the power went out and we had to leave. But not before picking up a few of our favorite wines. We just discovered this place as a source for quality cigars. They have an impressive selection of wines. It isn't as extensive as Esquine's in Seattle, but it is probably the most extensive on the Kitsap peninsula. Also, what an easy going staff. They weren't obsequious like so many retail places are these days. None of this: "Hi my name is Buffy I'll be your check out associate; what plans do you have for this evening?..." Ive never been to a place where the management is so rude, I went in to buy a Starbucks drink I didn't get id'd at the door when I first came in. And I have been to multiple total wines and I have Always been carded at the door. The staff and even management saw us walk in we asked for the Starbucks drinks went to check out was asked for id to purchase the Starbucks drink one of my friends didn't have id cause we didn't go in for alcohol we were on a break from work and there's no other place in the trials to purchase energy type drinks, they refused to sell the Starbucks drink cause we didn't have id. After being in the store for 20 mins and no employee asked to card I feel if they were doing their jobs right and carded us as we walked In the whole situation wouldn't have happened due to management and staff members failing to do their jobs correctly. They were so rude when denying us the sell of a non alcoholic drink. I will never spend a penny in total wine they do not deserve my business due to how disrespected I felt after being talked down by the male manager that was on shift at 1045am. They need to set standard and practice how to treat customers. I hate this establishment read more
