From the moment we set foot in the store we got the run around. The male attendant could barely speak legible English, so communication was difficult, but he told us that Allstate was "different" and he'd have to confirm the coverage. Even though I brought the printout of the claim number and approval and all relevant info. So the 30 minute turn-around as promised turned into us having to leave and return after several hours so the coverage could be confirmed. We live in Friendswood and it's about a 30-35 minute round-trip if there's no traffic. When we returned, the attendant accepted the phone and had it for close to an hour before it was returned. I had to inquire several times about the work done, but he finally admitted they did not have the battery in stock but replaced the screen. We were told he was ordering the battery and we would be contacted to bring the phone back to finish the service. I confirmed with him several times that we would get the battery service on the same claim. No problem right? We get a notice nearly two weeks later that the battery was in, so my wife returns to the store (a third time now) to complete the service. She is told the insurance claim had already been closed and that we would have to pay for the battery or file a new claim. Pretty unbelievable. The work they did replacing the screen was fine, but the fact we had to make 3 trips and then were denied service after we were told it would be covered is unacceptable. The girl working the desk the day of our return called someone in the back for 10-15 minutes, and then came out with the final decision that the work would not be performed. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and good customer service. We'll now have to file a new claim since CPR Pearland refused to honor the work they promised and we will be using a different repair center going forward. We will also be filing a complaint with Allstate about this shop.

Naomi wasn't there when I went back, but the man that helped me was really nice. Unfortunately there's a $35 repackaging fee for opened products. I only paid $25ish for the car mount because of a discount. Obviously, the repackaging fee was more than I paid to start, but the employees found a way to basically let me exchange it for another product. I ended up buying another pop socket (which worked out because I gave the first one I bought to my stepdad). I was so happy I didn't get stuck with the car mount of have to pay more out of pocket to return it. He didn't have to do that for me, but he did, so I'm grateful. Because of that, they get to keep their five star rating. Sidebar: this location is considered a "cellular sales" store, not a full Verizon Wireless. It was a little confusing when I was looking it up online. But they are an authorized Verizon dealer.

Hit the airport and the problems began. We live in Mexico, right now. We have not been able to have any data roaming, cell service, etc. After two FULL DAYS with customer service troubleshooting, demanding a supervisor, everything...THEY OFFERED NO RESOLUTION AND NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM. There are no Verizon stores here, so he now must fly back to the US just to fix his frickin' phone because they messed it up at the store (3 different technicians acknowledged the problem was created at the store). So, apparently, their staff is not as competent as one would need, and Customer Service is clearly useless! I've been with Verizon for years, but next trip to US, that will change. THEY ARE AWFUL!

I was told before I agreed to have the proceed with the that the screen would be Apple, have a warranty and be ready the next day. It turns out that it took them longer to repair and was replaced with some cheap Chinese knockoff screen. After I receive my iPad back from them supposedly repaired they game me my iPad back in the box that the cheap Chinese part came in. After taking may iPad back home I was able to use it for three days until the screen went black and quit. I had to go back to the store because they would not answer my call. They looked at my iPad and accused me of breaking it tell me it was my fault there product failed and that I would have to buy another screen, After spending over an hour trying to get them to understand the issue and replace the screen with a genuine Apple part I am waiting for a resolution and have opened up a dispute with my ban, i was also able to contact my bank who was able to recotd the conversation.
