I had called and spoke to Andi with a general idea while looking for a half-moon curved sofa for a custom fire pit I built. When I called, I wasn't completely sure on the details or the design just that I was looking for as a sofa with a curved design. Andi offered plenty of thoughtful suggestions, sent various photos via text, and was happy to walk me through options and provide pricing. At the showroom, I was really impressed by the range of choices--from powder coating finishes to different frame shapes (backs, sides, arm styles, and widths), plus a huge selection of Sunbrella fabrics. The quality of both the metalwork and upholstery looked excellent. More than that, I could see Andi's passion for the work and her pride in the team! The biggest problem is reliability and communication. They are constantly closed during posted business hours, and there always seems to be an excuse as to why no one is there. Communication about timelines and when work will actually be completed is inconsistent and unclear. Instead of getting answers, it often feels like you're met with confusion and no real direction. It's disappointing because this used to be a business I trusted and recommended. Sadly, I can no longer recommend them based on my recent experiences.

After describing the issue, he offered to swing by my house and see if it was a simple fix or if there was going to be a need for purchasing a part and having it installed. The sellers had 2 lounges, 2 chairs, a semi-circle couch, a gas fire pit with a stone top and a large dining table that sat 10. After being told "no and please do not ask again" the first two times, the seller relinquished the chairs, couch and fire pit on our third attempt and my wife and I were thrilled because the pieces were way above the quality of the big box stores and they fit perfectly in our yard. Regarding the furniture itself, the iron is solid, heavy duty and the welds look overdone (to my eye). The finish is clean and stylish and holds up to the desert heat and cold. While my folks were in town to visit our new home we stumbled upon the Phoenix location and met with Justin who listened to our excitement about the pieces we got and answered our questions about the other items we hoped to replace. My mom ended up ordering 2 lounges as a house warming gift (to replace the ones we did not acquire with the home) and Justin made the sales process very friendly and easy going (he stayed past closing to finish our paperwork). This week the delivery showed up right on time and the two lounges look fantastic. As it turned out our cushions were made with the wrong color but the delivery guys noticed right away that the old and new cushions did not match and they said "don't worry, we'll take care of it. Enjoy these cushions for now and we'll replace them in a week." Everything they said they would do, they did.
