I'm glad we did because everything in the showcase looks ono (Delicious) my sister purchased a whole bunch of treats to take home and she bought me their Okinawan sweet potato, Haupia cheesecake. The crust was nice and buttery along with the sweet Okinawan potato and on top the Haupia . Service was very friendly and she explained to us which were the popular ones . Knowing how HUGE the pancakes are, I asked her to bring me a to-go box right at the start (They actually reheat in the nuker very well if you can avoid putting butter or syrup on what you take home. "Mandy" is Mandy Suganuma, the radio personality from KSSK radio station. She has a wonderful voice over the airwaves and has a charming, friendly demeanor in person! Mandy was invited to the Saint Stephen Church Bazaar in Nu'uanu on the Pali Highway on Saturday, June 27, 2026. It was a convenient place for my friends and I to park and shop! We bought a lot of goodies! My friend scooped up the last Triple Chocolate cake, so I did the 3 for $33 deal (each pan is $12, so I saved a dollar on each pan). I got the last Apple Crisp, a Blueberry Lemon Pound Cake, and a Glazed Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake. OMG... Each one was rich, moist, and buttery! Yummy! I also got the Mochi Crunch Popcorn and the Dilly Ranch Pretzels because I enjoy crunchy, savory foods! Mmm! The 3 for $21 deal was too good to pass up... instead of paying $8 each. I got two packs of Lemon Bars and one pack of Lilikoi Bars. Nom nom nom! I shared these treats with my niece, sister, and brother-in-law. They really liked Mandy's Munchies, too. Went there promptly at 1200 opening time of the event, and sure glad I did. People started coming and lining up after me shortly afterwards. The cakes were $12 each, but really tasty! My family was so impressed and some that don't even like cake ended up eating an entire slice (Mom wanted vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream). The frosting was sooo light and soft, I loved that it wasn't overly sweet like most frostings. The cake itself was so moist and flavorful. It was just perfect!
