11/6/25 Awesome kind gesture giving free cookies to brighten people's day during this stressful time. We were greeted upon entering, before ordering and were thanked when we left. Great customer service from the 2 guys on the cashier counter. Space is clean and bright. Their app is very convenient and so is the order board like how Starbucks has. I didn't realize they had a mini size option. This is a great way to sample different treats. I got the fidget brownie, pumpkin spice square and NY style cheesecake. Everything was DELISH!! You order 3 treats for $11.50 Parking is a little hard to find since it's located in the same lot with Island Vintage coffee, Genki sushi, a brew/pub and yoga place. Crumbl is a great little stop for a sweet treat if you are in the area. First off, the design of the store is what got me hooked. It's so white, clean, and minimalistic. It is pretty unusual for Hawaii and it just calms me down. Sometimes I'll grab a box after dinner nearby. Ordering is super easy with their touch screens (perfect for introverts or anybody who don't feel like small talk). You pick what you want and then you can watch the cookies being boxed right in front of you. They're always warm and fresh from the oven. Staff is also really nice and efficient. I usually get the 3 cookies pack. It is a bit pricey ($10 for 3 cookies) but not something I buy everyday, so... My favorite flavor was the salted caramel but their menu changes. All in all, delicious cookies, fun design, and a smooth ordering process. Definitely worth a visit when you're in the area! read more

This was my first ever Crumbl experience, and I personally think it's a bit overhyped. [Location] The Kapolei location is pretty spacious and clean. Plenty of green parking spots. No restroom from what I observed. I believe this location is fairly new! [Food] I ordered 3 mini cookies for about $11. I chose the cinnamon roll, wedding cake and peanut butter cookies. The Reese's one did not skimpy on the chocolate or peanut butter. Super decadent. The wedding cake one was more simple. i enjoyed the crunchy pearl sprinkles on top. The cinnamon roll one was my favorite, though I wish there was more cinnamon. The base cookie itself was more or less the same--a classic sugar cookie. More buttery than sugary, though still very sweet for me! [Customer Service] I ordered using the touch screen kiosk, but the employee who checked my order with me was nice. Overall, it is worth a try but I'm not ready to return anytime soon. It's a bit pricey for what it is, and I'm not the biggest fan of sugary sweets. read more

Iced Oatmeal Cookie: Every inch was evenly baked. Truly represented taste of oatmeal. Thin layer of icing complemented the cookie. Tres Leches Cake: Only had tres leches around the edges. Not consistent throughout the cake. Frosting with sprinkled cinnamon was yummy. I threw away half of the cake because the center tasted dry. Customer service needs help and improvement. Four employees can be seen through the plexiglass all wearing gloves. Two of the four in their own world, conversing with sarcasm, while focused on their tasks. Young female cashier said hi, didn't ask how I'd like my receipt, didn't provide a receipt (thank goodness I can track expense immediately), didn't offer or ask if I needed a utensil for tres leches cake. One of the employees packed my order in individual boxes. I guess better for the cookie/pie/cake so it doesn't bump into other sweets. I noticed only a roll of paper towel available on the counter. My girls and I came here after lunch at Genki and to undo the dental cleaning my 5 year old received prior. I don't mean to be harsh on this review, but when it comes down to price:value ratio- Crumbl just doesn't make the cut in my VERY personal opinion. My children thought differently, for the record. I know that it is a famous chain that is definitely a novelty here, but the "gourmet cookies" are just TOO... gourmet? They're raw and wet, too sweet and very expensive. We opted to try the mint chocolate chip ice cream cookie, a strawberry cream cookie, chocolate chip cookie and an m&m cookie. All were excessively sweet, the fancier ones were undercooked and the classic chocolate chip was absolutely mediocre. Presentation was beautiful, of course. Love the pink box and the fancy decoration, but it just wasn't 'wow' flavor-wise. The staff was polite and friendly at the Kapolei location. I drove there and took a few minutes before someone approached me. No one called to let me know it wasn't available. As upset as I was didn't make a big deal as at the end of the day I'm not getting it. Called daily and kept getting bad news. No courtesy call to let me know when it would be available. 6/24th app tells me it was picked up however store couldn't locate order. They finally had available 6/27th almost a week after. Not by someone calling me. I called them. Waiting 2hours along with other angry customers. Employees working under stress with customers watching. Also moving at such a slow pace. We did get an extra complimentary cup but NEVER AGAIN. It was chaos and a nightmare. It's a nice bright ambiance as you walk in. smelling all the sweets was amazing. read more

For as much people say this is overrated I am surprised at the amount of 4-5s they got... I always heard this place in the realm or better than sprinkles (iykyk) so it was a non negotiable to try it and I never did in the mainland so when I heard they were coming to the rock I was like no excuse now to not. I got a cookie and a cake: 1 strawberry cookie and a lemon key lime cake thing I forget the name. For the price ($5) I was pleasantly surprised at how big and thick the stuff was like all the spoons and knives were struggling and most cracked against them. Taste from the icing to the main offering was super clean yet quite flavorful and the real fruit was a nice touch. I love the concept of Crumbl Cookies and how the menu changes every week. This week, I got their Smores cookie, and it was delicious. The quality of the cookie is great, and their service is always so quick. The workers are always HUSTLING. I love to see that! My only concern is the flies. There were a few flies around the shop near the cookie dough. It was a bit unsanitary. Corporate/management should invest in those fly fans to get rid of flies. My little boy was so excited when we walked in. He's such a friendly kid and immediately started saying "Hi Nty" to the two workers behind the counter ...not once or twice, but over and over, full of excitement. They both looked at him but didn't say a single word back. No greeting, no smile, just silence. It wasn't even busy we were the only ones there, and they didn't seem overwhelmed or distracted. As a parent, it really broke my heart to see my son's happy energy fade because of that. Kids are a big part of Crumbl's charm they love the colors, the cookies, the whole experience. It just would've meant so much if the staff had simply acknowledged him. The cookies are great, but kindness and genuine customer service are what truly make people want to come back. Having lunch next door, I noticed no lines. So after lunch, we ventured into Crunbl. There were no lines, no wait, and was greeted immediately. I have been following Crumbl on social media ever since they opened here and I have to say, the hype is real! I've actually had Crumbl 3 times but, the first 2 times were gifted, this was my first time actually coming to the store myself. I must say, coming into the store vs ordering and picking up is a totally different experience! I loved that they not only that this week's cookies but last week's tooo! It's so hard to get the cookies you want to try when they change weekly. I was so excited to mix and match the current week's specials and last week's! The first time I tried Crumbl was for my birthday back in February and they had Key Lime Pie on that week's cookie line up. That was DELICIOUS!! Their pie cookies are the best! I'm not even a huge key lime pie person (my mom which is the person that ordered them! lol!), but it was just the right amount of sweet and sour, the base tasted like a soft graham cracker crust and it even had a slice of lime on top. The next time was the week of Mother's Day and they also had a really good line up that week! Mother's Recipe was soo good and packed with flavors of pb, oatmeal, and chocolate. They also had Lemon Cheesecake and Hazelnut Mudslide. Their cheesecake cookies are sooo good too! I personally love hazelnut so I really liked that cookie too! Most recently, I went into the store and picked the ones my hubby and I thought sounded good. We went in with every intention of getting a 4-pack but, when we saw there were 10 flavors to choose from, hubby was like we're getting a 6-pack. We decided on: Galaxy Brownie, Blueberry Muffin, Mallow Sandwich, Raspberry Cheesecake, PB ft Snickers, and Skillet Cookie. I wasn't sure about the Skillet Cookie one but the kind worker suggested. My favorite was the Mallow Sandwich. It was sooo good! I moist and soft Oreo cookie. It was still soft even after refrigerating. My second favorite was surprisingly the Skillet Cookie. I don't know how they did it but, the vanilla bean mousse somehow tasted kinda like whipped ice cream. It was sooo good! I was not a fan of Crumbl because their cookies have always been raw in the middle every time I've been here. But then they started selling minis and my experience has been so much better. They are located right next to Genki Sushi in Kapolei Commons which we frequent so it's nice to be able to go here right after for a small treat. Their flavors change weekly so I normally check the app to make sure there's something I would like before going in. You can either order at the register or at the self service kiosk. I love the minis because I can try different flavors without having a ton of waste plus they are fully cooked on the inside unlike the regular size cookies. I first found out about this place from reading a review from Darlene R. who lives in Canada. We were writing each other about the cookies and she found out that they had a location on Oahu. I told her that I would try it out. A couple of months pass by and the bestie tells me about Crumbl Cookies. He actually goes there and was willing to take me. Thank you so much! It's located at Kapolei Commons and is right next door to Genki Sushi. The store is small, but it's bright and clean. They bake all the cookies in house. The cookies are huge, but for the price it should be. It was $4.98 for a single cookie, $16.23 for a box of four, $24.98 for a box of six or $42.48 for the Party Box of 12. I got the box of six with French Silk Pie, Snickerdoodle Cupcake, Cookie Butter Lava and Chocolate Peanut Butter Puffs. All four flavors were yummy. Yes, they were on the sweet side but they were so good. I usually like my cookies crunchy, but these were soft. However, calling it a cookie is deceiving. It's actually more of a cake in texture. My hubby and son loved it. They ate it all up, but I got to sample all four of the flavors. They rotate different flavors, so I have to go back and try the different ones. read more

Let me start by saying I love crumbl cookies and the rotating flavors, especially the seasonal ones. I also like their point system I feel like it's very quick to recieve free rewards like the one I got today and of course their birthday cookies are a special treat. I do feel that because of the kiosk that the service is just not very friendly. No one says hello when I walk in, or if the kiosks are busy there isn't someone willing to check out at the register and when I receive my order the workers just don't seem friendly. Make sure you enter your phone number to earn "crumbs" if you're a frequent Crumbl visitor to earn free cookies and other goodies. I did an online pick up order for half hour window. Online you custom what cookies you want in each box. Arrived at ten minutes past the window, didn't leave with my cookies (2 boxes total) until about 30+ minutes later. Open the boxes to find that instead of one of each cookie in each box that I ordered, I found three types of cookies in each box, 2 of each. I had ordered these as a thank you to some nurses and had to rearrange them. Idk what the point of online ordering is. Store wasn't at all busy, two workers there.
