Location is in a small shopping plaza with saved parking spots in front of the nail salon in case you were having a hard time finding parking. They did a very nice job decorating inside, and everybody is very pleasant. They have a large selection of different nail colors. I have always done pedicures and NexGen, which they call healthy nails. Besides the first time coming here and not getting what they offered, it's been great. I brought my Aunt to this salon on 04/27/24, for a gel mani & pedi, in preparation for her upcoming cruise. We selected this business based on the great reviews. We were immediately greeted by a lady up front and requested our desired services. The salon is relaxing, nicely decorated and appears very clean! They also have a great color selection. We waited about 15 minutes before a tech (Sulie?) took my Aunt back. I was referred to a man shortly after. He seemed a bit agitated and spoke rudely. I decided not to get serviced. My Aunt's mani/pedi looked nice initially. However, the next day my Aunt's gel polish on her pinkie toe came off. She tried to return Monday morning, but the business was closed. She's currently on a cruise and sent me a photo of another toe in which the gel polish has lifted off. She paid 75.00 for her services and it has been less than a week. I've never seen gel polish lift and peel within a few days. I deducted stars for the quality. read more

I was able to walk in without any issues. It helped to go as soon as they opened. The place is nicely renovated, cute walls and decor, but the chairs were a bit stained and dusty. The nail tech was nice and helped me decide on a color that worked for me. There was a lot of coaching to be done while all I wanted was to kick back and get pampered. The water was cold to start. It stayed warm for a short while then cooled down. My nails were cut down way too short after I said to keep the big toes longer than others. Then she could barely file down cause it was hitting below the nail too much. My relaxed experience was over and I had to stay on watch. Overall, I liked the color options and she was very receptive in trying to amend the situation. I would've preferred someone more experienced so I could actually enjoy mani/pedi time. read more

They seem clean enough, my wife has used them 4 times and they are so inconsistent. One time it was a good manicure, then she gets sent to a technician who my wife was so dissatisfied with that the next time she came in, the lead technician asked my wife where did she go to get the manicure and my wife said HERE, and described the tech, then she said "oh, yeah she's no longer here." Then she assigns my wife to the only man working there who started to cut her nails before asking what my wife what she wanted and made them too too short. My wife was so upset. I had to remind her they will grow back. But she was really pissed off. I asked if she tipped him and she said yes 20%. I told her when you're not happy you dont tip or you give them 10%, to show dissatisfaction. So now they think they did a great job when they didn't. The only highlight was Amanda who did a very nice job on my pedicure, she took her time which was appreciated. the lady who did my nails was a bit pushy she asked me several times what color I wanted although never showing me the colors for nexgen. I told her I wanted most of my nails French with a swirly line on my middle and ring finger which she told me she can do with no problem. After her cutting up my fingers which I posted the picture of she dipped between the pink and white powder to do the French line ( instead of taking the time to hand paint the line). After attempting the white swirls she called her co worker over and had a conversation about my nails then laughed and said I can't do it and said Ill just do french. so now I'm left with 3 duller pink and white and my ring and middle finger with whites that's bright due to it being painted and not dipped.. although she mentioned several times doing nails for 25 years .. i wasn't impressed by any aspect of her nail techniques I was more surprised with how long she took for the job she had done. As well as listening to all the work gossip the whole time, it made it completely unenjoyable. When I was paying I presented my credit card which they tried to run multiple times but then realized there systems were Down and asked me to pay cash which I didn't have the amount of cash on me to pay it which the cashier was annoyed. ($100) she said I don't know what to tell you to do. After being there for almost 3 hours I was itching to leave- the girl who did my pedicure said I can Zelle them which I did. The place is nice but the work is sub par at best.. the male owner is arrogant and doesn't take directions very well. First I told him I don't like thick acrylic and he acted like I offended him. Then my nails ended thick anyways. I showed him a photo from Pinterest of how I wanted my nails to look (shape and design). During the process I kept telling him the shape was off and he disregarded me saying "you have wide nail beds". Wide nail beds or not, I asked for almond shaped nails medium length and I can't even describe to you guys what I walked out of there with. Very disappointing.
