I used to work nearby, but I got promoted to another location. Anyways! Story time! When I first moved here, I didn't trust any local hair cuts (no offense to you guys), it's just I've had a very bad luck in the past with hair cuts and color, I wasn't happy with it. So, I walked into the salon and they gave me her (my current hairstylist's) card and I texted her since. She's been my hairstylist since then and I've never set a foot in another salon. My hairstylist was in Sevierville at another hair salon, but she recently switched over here. I didn't mind the drive at all because she does an amazing job every time! I showed her a photo of the hair color I wanted and she just did exactly that! Attached are the photo of what my before and after hair transformation. As for the salon, I haven't tried their other services as they offer tanning, eyelash extensions, nails, massages and hair. I would be able to use almost everything aside from tan, as I'm Indian and I'm naturally tan (heheh). The salon is clean and staff is friendly. It's quite average for noise and it's appointments only for the hair, I believe they do walk-Ins, but don't quote me on that, call before you go. When I went for my appointment, there were hair stylist and maybe 2 clients counting myself, we talked about current events and life in general. Other than that, they don't ask personal or talk for long time when you don't want to, which I really appreciate that. Lol. Give this salon a try! You won't regret it!

I bought the standard bed package and have gotten color after just 5 lays. I ran out of my current lotion and one of the girls helped me pick out another they had that was very similar in texture, performance and price range. She also suggested an indoor/outdoor lotion as I only tan in a bed 1-2 months per year, so I appreciated the extra thought.

I will say that members don't know how to rack weights (major pet peeve). Dumbbells go up to 150 which is a rarity and appreciated. The cable machines could use a tube up. The seated rows drag as to the push down. The elliptical machines move smoothly, older machines have a tendency to move "hurky jerky". These were pretty good. And there were plenty of cleaning stations. And I was grateful for that.

It is true that they will try to sell you lotion and memberships, and they check your eyewear (as do all SunTanCity locations, so just bring some eyewear, it won't kill ya). However, they are rarely if ever pushy. Usually I come in for an individual tan, often when they run specials, and the staff are very nice and welcoming. Also, I have only had to wait more than a couple minutes one time. Many times I come in there's no line and no wait for a bed. I have strayed from this location a couple of times and been disappointed. I'll stick to here from now on!
