He went ahead and charged my credit card half of the total due which came to $180.00 that day. Two weeks later, I ended up having to change my reservation date to Tuesday evening which he said would be no problem, but that he was driving, so he could not write down the change. I wanted to be sure that he had the corrected date, so I went back to my receipt from the charge, and sent via text. I had asked for someone to email me back to confirm. I never got a confirmation, so I called again. I asked if he received the text with the corrected date and he said he "has nothing to do with the company that send me the confirmation, but that he has the Tuesday reservation". I asked if I could fit 11 people, mostly kids, in the limo I booked? He said he could not due to liability, and if he was stopped and they saw 11 people, instead of 10, they would give him a ticket. At that time, he got irritated and said "You didn't tell me there would be 11 people, how did that change?" I explained the reservation was for a concert that I had additional tickets for, and did not know when I booked the limo how many people were going. Said I would want to cancel my booking. He said "I guess so". I called back later that day to confirm that he was going to credit me the deposit, as it was still weeks from the booking date. He got snippy with me again, and said, "I will refund the deposit, but I can't and hour later!" Two days past, and he still had not refunded the $180.00 deposit. I called him again, and he said he would put the refund in sometime that week. I asked if I would be getting a confirmation of that via text like I did when he initially charged me? He said , "No, it will just show up on your statement". I explained that I would prefer a txt when he went ahead and charged me. He said "After 6 phone calls, I will make sure I do it". I told him that his attitude was not professional. He said he is the owner of the business, "so I can do whatever I want B---H"! - I would never recommend this service to anyone.

On the north side lot, commuters need a village parking pass. A quick Google shows the police department around the corner sells the passes quarterly on a first come, first serve basis.
