I travel with it )and she will not be able to notarize it she claimed that she was over 30 years in the notary business and it must have a signature which is NOT true . even on the form which I needed for notary says " A clear photocopy of the front back and front identification " (nothing about signature) at the end of the story drove 3 miles to the UPS store and got it done immediately with no problem.
