To my surprise Scott didn't bother to do a cycle with the washer and dryer. Of course. The dryer not only is it hooked up wrong and not vented correctly. Doesn't dry. Clearly installed wrong also big gaping hole in the plenum that he saw on his way to the attic, where he saw the duct work, not attached taped improperly. I need all new duct work! When I called and asked him for his help with the inspection report. He was away on his family trip.Then, I called him again, he was out of the country. I text him , no reply. And Fred, the partner is no better, never never never use them. This is basic 101 inspection. They should have informed me as a buyer.
