My experience was no different. On Aug. 25, 2022, I arrived in suite 104, which is exactly what it says is the location in my attached screen shot. The three ladies -- to term them nicely -- looked at me in anger and disgust, then told me to go down to suite 105. These three ladies were sitting there having nothing more than water cooler talk but couldn't bring themselves to be friendly or even decent enough to explain their need to be rude, when the e-mail clearly says suite 104 and not suite 105. I go down to suite 105. It says to knock to be let in, as the door was locked, or call if no one answers your knock. So I knocked, then called. The same rude, useless front desk staff in suite 104 answered the phone, again, seemingly angry and disgusted they were taken away and made to do their jobs. One completely hung up on me. I called back, the next one told me "you just called," and I told her she just hung up on me -- while I'm sitting in the hallway, waiting to be let in, one door down. She became belligerent, so I hung up on her and walked out. This clinic thinks you need them more than they need you, and that simply isn't the case. Their services and shameful front desk people are a dime a dozen in Seattle. I gladly took my business and money elsewhere, as I will not be treated like garbage, especially when that was my fist appointment -- and last -- ever. I will continue to leave negatively accurate reviews regarding my experience with this clinic. If everyone is saying the same thing, there's obviously a pattern -- a pattern to be avoided.

The provider ordered redundant services while also dropping the ball on needed services (TSH monitoring and standard glucose test). The specialist tried to collaborate with my Eastside OB and did not have calls returned. I personally asked my provider to collaborate with the specialist and she flat out said no, she is too busy, and asked me medical questions instead. It was bizarre and unprofessional. Provider also told me they as a clinic do not like to collaborate with Evergreen MFM ever since those providers stopped doing the OB role. Again, bizarre and unprofessional.

He did such an amazing job, and I couldn't imagine a better doctor than him. His hard work and dedication allowed me to continue in my career of competitive gymnastics, and live a normal life using my arm. While I wish I had a phenomenal story to tell, I'm so dang clumsy that I just fell crossing the street before a parade with not a drop of alcohol in me..and there I was with a broken phalange. I was recommended to Dr. Trumble's office upon my return and was immediately impressed that although I called for an appointment at 4pm on a Friday, they fit me in without hesitation. During all my treatment, Dr. Trumble never made me feel rushed or hurried through my appointments, even when I was the last one of the day. I was quite surprised he took an incredibly conservative approach. His highest motivation was to ensure that in no way was my career jeopardized by this accident and that every treatment choice he made got me closer to health rather than risking taking me a step backwards. A pretty complex case, yet he elected to splint my finger vs. risk further damage through surgery. The in-house lab and physical therapists were wonderful and incredibly dedicated to finding me the perfect splint to help me heal and minimize any lasting esthetic effects. They saw me multiple times to ensure my splints were fitting just right and diligently attempted new designs to get the fit they wanted. The physical therapists I worked with were patient and encouraging. The medical assistants and front office were such a delight and always made me feel like I was the highest priority. They always seemed as if they remembered me, were crystal clear on my case and background, and treated me with the highest level of respect and care. The front office was incredibly patient in trying to accommodate my work schedule and reschedule me from time to time. I truly enjoyed my treatment at this office and highly recommend it if you unfortunately find yourself as clumsy sober mess in the middle of Carnivale with drunk people showing you up on dexterity.

Saw her on a Friday for a hand injury I acquired two weeks ago. Doctor mentioned "yes that's likely…read morebroken." However, after 3 phone calls on Monday I finally got my results back. Not broken (woo hoo)! Doctors advice was "take Aleve for anti-inflammatory for one week". Might have been good advice if it had just taken place (but clearly i'd already tried that :) I'm no medical professional, but a third week Aleve will not magically help me regain motor skills :) I think I might have been better helped by a faith healer (same results minus the copay and deductible). So sad... She was so nice in person! I guess I'll be returning to another doctor who will actually be concerned about my lack of motor skills after now almost three weeks :) One thumb down (I'd put the other thumb down but I still can't move it). She gained one star for being concerned at the time; just wish she remained concerned after I'd left the office.
