When I arrived at the location at the time of my scheduled appointment it was closed. It was a Sunday, however on their website it said it would be open. According to the staff the appointments are now made by AI. When questioning the scheduling I was told that the staff at this location had complained to corporate about the scheduling, and the ongoing problems they are having because of it.
