I recently purchased a 2024 "Loaner" car i.e. it had some rental miles on it. I was assured…read moremultiple times in conversation with the salesperson that being loaner it would automatically come with unlimited 100,000 miles Drivetrain coverage. Nothing in the paperwork shows this but rather the conventional limited 60K drivetrain warranty. Whether the salesperson meant it but was contradicted by higher-ups or didn't mean it the result is the same to me. I do not believe I have been treated honestly and would strongly recommend that that anyone wanting to be able to believe what they're told should shop elsewhere.

We took our GM car to be serviced last summer requesting an oil change. Later that day we got word…read moreof an oil leak. They couldn't find exactly where it was coming from so they said they would put a dye in and come back in a week or so. After a week we returned. They said we needed a repair that would cost $2K+. We asked them to be more specific and to write it up. They failed. There was no communication from the repair technician and the service person, so we considered our next option. We drove it back home to the southern US. Watch the oil gage throughout the trip. The car didn't seem to be "eating" oil. Took it to our Certified GM dealer where we have regular check-ups. They found NOTHING. Beware of STANLEY. They'll take your money for nothing.

Don't be fooled by this place , I have had too many folks and other shops tell of the trickery and games this place will play to get more money out of the customer. They will smile at you while they overcharge you for anything they can. One morning, I arrived in Augusta and realized that my car was in need of emergency repairs. The staff at Al's went out of their way to squeeze me in so that I wouldn't be stuck in Augusta overnight. They charged me a fair price and took extra time to explain everything they were doing, even showing me photos. They also drove me to my office while they did the work on my car and picked me up at the end of the day when they were finished. And getting to meet Radar (the adorable Corgi/watchdog) was just the cherry on top of the whole experience. I'm so grateful for the excellent service!
