I was told 7-10 days, that was in June 7. It's the 24th, I received the text to pick them up. Got there and only 1 pair was there. Fine, I opened them up and the lenses are not at all what I asked for. Now, I'm gonna have to wait an additional 2.5- 3 weeks to get my glasses. I showed her the email and she said the appointments weren't there and the next available appointments weren't for a few weeks. I left, thinking it was possible that I had made a mistake and it was clear the receptionist didn't care and wouldn't or couldn't help. Today I got an email from the eye center telling me I had missed my appointment. I try not to write bad reviews online but the only contact options are to call or write a review. There's no point calling and speaking to the receptionist from Saturday. Maybe someone at the Eye Center will read this and realize their computer system isn't working.

As it was close to my house, and I did not see any bad reviews online, I figured it would be a good option. I called early last week and made an appointment for today at 6:30pm. They took my name, address, phone, and my social security number (to look up my vision plan). I showed up today a half hour before my appointment and they have no record of me and no appointment. They did not offer to try to fit me in today or to make me another appointment. I am going on a cruise in 10 days and needed my contacts refilled before then. Now I have to scramble to find another new doctor and hope my contacts can be filled in time. The office was terrible looking as well. They had giant tarps hanging from the ceiling where they clearly had water leaking through. It was in an old building, with terrible signage and they used a giant paper book to keep track of appointments (NO WONDER THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ME). I would love to know where my social security number is, floating around the office on the paperwork they misplaced. I highly recommend against using this provider.
