Surprisingly they made time not only my kids, they also made time to see my wife as well. Doctor Oncul was The most patient eye doctor I've ever seen deal with children. She was so kind, and made sure she explained everything to me and my children and spent an adequate amount of time with us. Not once did I feel rushed or pushy sales from anyone like I have felt at those chain eye doctor locations. I would recommend Dr. Oncul to anyone.

When I asked the front desk how much longer I would have to wait, she said, "Dr. Pong always runs a little late." A "little" late?? So far it's 1 hour and 20 minutes late and counting. This is absolutely ridiculous. My time is not being valued at all. I have been to Dr. Pong before and she is an excellent practitioner, HOWEVER, I expect her to be both....a great eye doctor and one who values the time of her patients. I showed her the email and she said the appointments weren't there and the next available appointments weren't for a few weeks. I left, thinking it was possible that I had made a mistake and it was clear the receptionist didn't care and wouldn't or couldn't help. Today I got an email from the eye center telling me I had missed my appointment. I try not to write bad reviews online but the only contact options are to call or write a review. There's no point calling and speaking to the receptionist from Saturday. Maybe someone at the Eye Center will read this and realize their computer system isn't working.

I have been going to Dr. Clifford for years and trust her with my eye care. As an aging patient, your eyes can continue to change.
