I was told 7-10 days, that was in June 7. It's the 24th, I received the text to pick them up. Got there and only 1 pair was there. Fine, I opened them up and the lenses are not at all what I asked for. Now, I'm gonna have to wait an additional 2.5- 3 weeks to get my glasses. I had confirmed appointments for me and my daughter on Saturday, but when we arrived, the receptionist said we didn't have appointments. I showed her the email and she said the appointments weren't there and the next available appointments weren't for a few weeks. I left, thinking it was possible that I had made a mistake and it was clear the receptionist didn't care and wouldn't or couldn't help. Today I got an email from the eye center telling me I had missed my appointment. I try not to write bad reviews online but the only contact options are to call or write a review. There's no point calling and speaking to the receptionist from Saturday. Maybe someone at the Eye Center will read this and realize their computer system isn't working.

To those that complain about having to buy your contacts there, they don't force you to do it, but provide it as a service ( and usually at a better price than most opticians .) Surprisingly they made time not only my kids, they also made time to see my wife as well. Doctor Oncul was The most patient eye doctor I've ever seen deal with children. She was so kind, and made sure she explained everything to me and my children and spent an adequate amount of time with us. I went into cohens last week for my glasses and I was greeted by a very sweet high energy pretty young girl named Erika, she took so much time with me. Not once did she get overwhelmed or upset that I was taking so much time deciding what frames to purchase. Long story short I spent $1600 on glasses and absolutely love them. Erika took her time and also picked out the best looking frames that suit me. I get so many compliments on them. I will forever look for her when I need glasses. I live an hour away!
