Dr. RoseBerry has 20+ years of experience and I really liked her. Dr Able also seemed very knowledgable and approachable. With some many physicians I have had very reasonable experience with obtaining appointments. However, the nurse / doctor calls backs seems bit lengthy at 3+ hours. Also, the doctors alternate days so your doc won't be in the office every day. The nurses have all been happy and nice (which helps). Isabel that handles insurance and is sometimes at the desk is extremely nice and will go out of her way to help.

Recently, through labs we found he was insulin resistant. Doctor Naidoo gave us a care plan to support my son's metabolism. The goal was to lose weight while gaining muscle. He said we would see results in three months (to be honest I thought he was crazy! ). 3 1/2 months later my son has gone from a 40 inch waist to a 36 inch waist! He is sleeping better, feeling better, and his sugar addiction is broken. The best part is he feels good about himself again. What was the plan that works so well? Dr Nadoo said to eat greens and meat. So we did. It was so simple. No numbers to crunch, food to weigh, or special recipes to make. It has simplified my life and goven my son so much more life. So for 3 1/2 months 2 to 3 times a day we filled our plates with greens such as spinach, arugula, broccoli, asparagus, brussels sprouts, cabbage, and sometimes salad. He didn't always like it at first, but grew to enjoy some of them. We ate all types of meat. Since we have chickens, we ate eggs for breakfast. The second part of the plan was simply "movement.". For us, that was short walks after each meal, squats, and lifting kettle weights occasionally. The results were amazing! So Simple for such an incredible outcome. We want others to know that it is so possible to regain health and vitality! We are forever grateful to Dr Naidoo and shine pediatrics! Sweet and playful with kids goes along way when they aren't feeling good. The doctors I have encountered have all taken their time and been very methodical with the exam and diagnosis. This approach does result in longer wait times than most urgent cares. The minute clinic is usually a lot faster for an ear infection or minor illness. The lobby wait time is usually less but the wait in the room can easily reach an hour. Salt in the wound is that they don't e-prescribe. After waiting 1.5 hours to drop off at the pharmacy and wait some more is a little exhausting.

The waiting room is spacious, and they always have something on the TV for the little ones! You're able to register online for an appointment, or you can walk up. I've done both and got seen pretty quickly. When I did a walk-in, I went right when they opened. The doctors and nurse practitioners here are amazing work kids. Later that evening / the next day, my daughter's symptoms worsened. I took her to her pediatrician, only to find out the back of her mouth is covered in sores, and she was dehydrated. She has HFM. The doctor here said she didn't have that. Don't waste your time here.
