I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to get an acrylic powder color change done with the coffin shaped nail. I even showed the tech a picture of what I wanted.. this is a horrible almond.. if that. The tech scrapped my nails, than soaked to get the previous off. Than cut them very very short. When I asked to make them longer (because 3/10 were incredibly too short) she charged me an extra 5 dollars. And to top it off she did dip. I do not like dip nor did I ask for it. I would give them no stars if I could, we came in for mani and pedis and did not even do the manicures because the women working were extremely rude and disrespectful and they didn't do a good job on our pedicures and kept walking away my lady was nice and kept apologizing but my sisters was really unhappy and mean she blamed my sister for messing up her little toe and then said it was because of the way her skin was and it wasn't going to look good because of that. My husband and I tried a new place since I haven't found one to my complete liking after 5 yrs living here in the valley. We got signature pedicures @$65 each which included a neck massage.my husband got his and I didn't get one. We had to ask doe the aromatherapy heated neck wraps that were also part of the service. Terrible. My first time going to this Nail Spa and I will never go back. My toenails look uneven and I have nail polish on my skin around my nail. The cuticle wasn't pushed back so the polish looks lumpy where my skin connects to the nail. The clear gloss wasn't distributed well and does not cover the entire nail. They wanted to charge me $5 extra for the use a pumice stone and my skin is still dry and looks cracked on the side of my heel. I paid and tipped 20%. The first time it was good enough I came back. The 2nd time was absolutely excellent... Today, meh, not so great. Tech was so interested she forgot part of the service. When I called her on it she said I do that after polish...really? Lotion after polish? So no long foot massage which is mostly why I go...ugh, I will try again but only one more time. Mani/pedi was good, but then when they went to ring me up their machine malfunctioned and they blamed me for having no funds. Had to pull up my bank account proving I clearly had more than enough for their services, and they still wouldn't make the card work. I ended up running to a bank across the parking lot (literally walking distance so they could have watched me walk over there), got the cash and tip, walked back and gave it to ANOTHER CUSTOMER THEY FORCED TO PAY FOR MY MANICURE AND PEDICURE, which wasn't a small sum of money! Not worth the money. Didnt size tips correctly so my actual nail and nail bed were showing, didn't clean cuticles, didn't lay acrylic evenly so now my nails have visible dips. And to top it off. Nail polish wasn't even applied all over the nail. It looks like I have a weeks worth of growth and I just got them done. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I received a pedicure on 5/28. They did not open a new pack before beginning my pedicure. I ended up with a toe infection and have since had major issues. I have been through 3 antibiotics, removal of my toenail, x-rays to be sure the infection did not get in my bone, and now an anti-inflammatory to hopefully fix the fact that I have no movement in my toe. My doctor is concerned this infection may have created a lifelong condition and that I could need an MRI, physical therapy, and more if this anti-inflammatory does not work. This business has been contacted and they have refused to assist in all the bills they have created. I will NEVER get another pedicure. DO NOT support this business. It is extremely unclean and I would not wish this on anyone. read more

I came here a little while back to get my nails done. I got a gel french manicure, and it was the first time I saw spray paint and a stencil being used, which was neat. My nails are still going strong even after a few weeks, so I am happy with the way they look. It looks natural (even with the acrylic extensions) and glossy. read more

Not impressed at all. Got a gel fill and a pedicure. The fill was okay wasn't dry when she had me go to get my pedicure tho. Now the girl who did my pedicure was absolutely the worst I've ever had. She starts off asking I'm I'm pregnant.... (one of those things you don't ask unless your sure) she then proceeded to have the water scolding hot. Dug into my nail beds with the cuticle clippers. Then during the massage she scratched the hell out of my leg with her nails (she just giggled and said sorry) then when she went to put the wax on my feet with the towels on my leg all of that was almost too hot to bare it. The lady told me when I came in it was going to be a 10 minute wait. They sat me at the pedicure chair after 5 minutes and left me with my feet in the water for half an hour before anyone helped me. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I left because I had to be somewhere. I figured I would give them another try. Totally awful customer service. Just be honest and tell the customer it's going to be a half an hour so they can leave and come back if they want. After my pedicure she had the audacity to give me a 3 dollar off coupon for next time. Really? How about a discount for the day I had terrible service and more that 3 dollars?? If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. I'm not the type to leave reviews, negative or positive, but this needs to be reported. My tech had a horrible attitude. Just a rude, nasty person. I wish I could remember her name. All I remember is that she had dyed blonde/light brown hair. She cut one of my nail cuticles so short that it was still bleeding when I got back to my house after leaving the salon 30 minutes earlier! I made sure to put a ton of antibiotic ointment on it beacause that place looked kind of dirty and I don't want to lose my finger. Also, when I mentioned to her that she was getting polish all over my fingers, she had the nerve to tell me that if I want nice nails, my nails need to be a lot longer. I will never go here again. I probably will never return here. The staff was nice, but I've never been so disgusted by uncleanliness and just pure disregard for hygiene. I was seated, and the man attending me ran out from the back chomping on food. I assume he was probably taking a lunch break. I figured he'd rushed out in order to take care of me and simply let me know there would be a wait, but then he put my hands in a water bowl (perhaps to kill time while he went to finish his meal). When he returned after about 5 minutes he walked back as he wiped food off his face all while still munching. I was in no rush. I much rather would have preferred being seated and WAITING. Then when he pulled out supplies he pulled out unsterilized tools out of his drawer. Every other place I've ever had my nails done at pulls sanitized tools right out of the individual sterilization wrappers out in front of me. He then attempted to cut down my nails & push back my cuticles all while making my nail bed bleed. After, he threw the tools right back in to his drawer. I've been to this salon a few times. It was never superb but it was fine. This week I went for a gel manicure and had "Mimi" for a technician. I went in with long string pretty nails and left with short crooked ugly nails. She was extremely rough with removing my gel and it hurt a lot. She then resorted to a drill though I said I didn't want that and I have see through nails now. She also cut my cuticles on 4 nails. The worst though is that she cut my thumb nail down into the side/edge and I bled everywhere. She was really put out that I wanted it to stop bleeding before she applied polish. It's now been four days and that thumb is INFECTED, swollen, red, painful. I just can't go back. I need a new mani because it's all peeling up but there is NO WAY I can soak in acetone with this thumb nail and all these cuticle cuts. I know that the next 9 months will be awful as my "drilled off" and transparent nails grow out, but I'm actually scared of this infection! What if I lose a nail? Or my thumb!? read more

Came to get my nails done a few days ago here, and eventually one of them broke. I thought nothing of it at the time, but when I went to get them redone, they went way too fast and worried about quantity over quality. Overall the acrylic quality was FAR below par. Friends of mine have had the same experience as I have at this establishment in the past few weeks :/. Trust me when I say the service at this place of work is very much under par. *Update* I was extremely disrespected in my visit to touché today. The lack of customer appreciation is unacceptable. On top of their sorry ability to do nails, they also take no ownership at it being their fault. I have been there 4 TIMES in the past week with 4 BROKEN nails. After going today and receiving poor service, I also got nails done that I can't bare to look at. It was not only a bad experience, but it was one of many. I have several friends who have received the same type of service and nail difficulties that i have. After loving them in the summer it is disheartening to have to say i whole heartedly DO NOT recommend touché for proper nail care and customer service. read more

Good techniques, poor management. Since the salon got to new owners a year ago, I had returned. But it seems that poor management has been reinstated. Because I was pressed for time, I called last Monday for a 5:30 appointment. I was told to come in at 6:00. The technician that I had requested was busy with a group of women, but not until I complained at 6:30 did anyone offer to help. When I did get my nails done (not the tech that I requested), he kept scolding me for putting my hands in or out of the light. He did this as another tech was telling me to pick a color. (Was I supposed to make the selection with my nose?). Even then, he still kept spending his time between another client and me, making us both wait. After not giving me the technician that I had requested, ignoring my appointment request, and making two customers wait while one technician worked on our nails, the salon had the nerve to charge a full $40 for the work done. This is the most expensive nail salon in the area for the work that I had done. I will continue my search for a salon that provides good service at a reasonable price and values their customers. read more
