They took the time to understand my individual needs, then created a program to address it. I've been seen many times for different reasons over the last two years; they've given me the exercises and made sure that I understood how to do them at home using bands and home objects. Over the years, I have tried massage, chiropractic (both physical manipulation and with an activator), rolfing, CST, and MAT. All have helped, but I never got to the root of the problem. A few people had told me about NUCCA techniques, but it wasn't until my CST therapist told me about Dr. Nitzsche that I actually tried it. In December 2013, my husband, three children and I went to Dr. Nitzsche to begin treatment; my husband and oldest son had chronic back pain and neck pain, respectively. After my oldest son's first treatment, he quit bed-wetting, which was a chronic problem. He has had four accidents since December, with two of them being when his neck was out of alignment (if you've ever washed full bed linens three days in a row, you know that alone is worth singing Dr. Nitzsche's praises). Also, the adjustments have helped with my son's allergies, which are seasonal. My son had been seeing a chiropractor monthly for over a year and a half. Dr. Nitzsche is checking him again after three months! My husband became pain free fairly quickly; I believe within a few months. I think he is seeing Dr. Nitzsche quarterly. What I didn't expect was to become fully pain free, but I DID around June 2014! What I also didn't expect was to get to the root of my back issues, but through NUCCA techniques and Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), I was able to. Currently, I still see Dr. Nitzsche once per month (my body has been stubborn), but I am not experiencing any pain when out of alignment. I also see the MAT specialist once per month to make sure my muscles are doing the job they are supposed to, and I am working with a personal trainer (30 min per week) to strengthen the muscles that I was using improperly. While I am still in process of retraining my body, I cannot believe that I feel pain free. This is the strongest my body has ever been, and I cannot thank Dr. Nitzsche enough. It's amazing! Also, this review would not be complete without stating how nice both Dr. Nitzsche and Kelly are. They both have gone above and beyond to work with my family. I often come in with three children (ages 7-1), and while it's not the most ideal for a chiropractic appointment, they have always helped me to get adjusted despite the three boys running around.

It felt more like a 30 min relaxation massage which I had paid for 60 min. Overall, I left disappointed, lack of communication, transparency, and value. Unfortunately, I will never be back.

I have had to use a physical therapist a few times in my life and I always look back and realize that it truly helped me recover and feel better. I have had lower back pain for almost a year and one afternoon while bending over to get laundry out of the dryer, my back went into a spasm! Wow... I could not move without pain for a number of days. I went to my doctor because I was not able to get to work and he gave me some muscle relaxers and pain pills... but he also prescribed Physical Therapy for me. A few days went by and there office called to make my first appointment. I went in and I met with Dylan. We talked about what got me there and what I had been doing to try and relive the pain. He worked magic on my lower back with a tool and was able to start to loosen up the knot he found down there. It was amazing! Lucky for me, my injury was not very bad. I went to see Dylan 5 or 6 times in total for my pain to be taken away. There are patients who have been going to this facility for a long time to help with their injures and they all seemed to be getting better. Each week I was given a number of lower back excises to do that stretched out my back and strengthened my muscles. After the workout, Dylan was able to use that tool to work on that knot! It was the best part of the whole session! The staff is very nice and very patient with everyone and I am very happy that I found good, caring people to help me with my pain. If I ever need physical therapy in the future, I know where I will be going. Enjoy and feel better!
