At check-in I was offered refreshing cucumber+lemon water and an opportunity to use their restroom before my massage. Lana was my massage therapist. She gave me the best massage of my life! She seemed very educated on the human body (she never fumbled over my spine or any other body while she massaged). I left very relaxed. I spent $165 (before any add ons) for an 80min massage but I was told that if I became a member the same massage would only cost $125/month.

The location right off of Park Ave is easy to get too but the cars can be heard in the room sometimes. Also the staff is nice and inviting but I'm pretty sure there are only two employees also so if someone comes in or the phone rings expect you masseuse to step out to attend to the customer. One experience, I wouldn't call negative but uncomfortable was my wife and I had separate massages at the same time and left cash tip on each bed before leaving the room. When I didn't write a tip on the cc receipt and after they were told about leaving the tip in cash the masseuse/staff became very offended pushing me to put a tip on the card.......I didn't and re explained the cash tip which seemed to defuse the situation. I chalked it up to a miscommunication and don't tip in cash anymore. I have been back since and have not had the same experience (call it a one off I guess), I will continue to go to this location.

I never felt rushed just felt Heavenly. I've been in pain for 45++ years & I get massages usually weekly But only get Relief while I'm actually being worked on . Michael's massage on the other hand was able to relieve my extreme pain and I could feel my muscles and spine hard to finally relax & sleep that night & Still feel good the next day Totally Amazed.
