I am normally not one to leave a review at all if I have a bad experience I usually just take it up as not everybody is going to like what I like. But with that being said, I am the customer and I asked for the sides of my nails to be filled in as I do not like to ever see The Nail tip I like the nail to fully be covered with polish. I know that is not everybody's style, but it is mine. I asked for a simple white and white French tip. The French tips are crooked. The sides of my nails were not filled in, and when I asked for them to be filled in The Nail tech said quotations I don't do that because I file down the sides after and when there's too much polish on the sides, it looks chunky." I then shook my head and said OK knowing that as the customer I want what I want I am definitely not a Karen but when I am paying for service, I would like to be heard and feel like I am getting what I pay for. Onto the attitude, my nail tech was on the phone arguing with her boyfriend at the beginning of the service which again I was respectful, kept my mouth shut, but hoped that it didn't interfere with the service moving forward. It almost felt like she didn't want to do my nails and she just wanted to leave, which is not something a customer ever wants to feel after my service was done. She took her apron off, grabbed her purse and was running out the door, which again made me feel a little uncomfortable as a customer you never want your customers to feel that they're an inconvenience. Walking in the place was beautiful. It seemed very clean. The music was very nice. When I called for the appointment, the man that answered was very polite and super sweet. I will give this 2 stars as I will chalk this up as somebody not having the best day. But even on a bad day, first impressions are everything. read more

Found this place near an event I was attending on Apple Maps. Reviews were mixed but also not recent. Walked in and was greeted right away and sent to wash my hands. Wasn't shown where to pick my nail color and was sat down and asked what color I want. Would have been easier to just show my technician what I was looking for since I didn't really know either. But my nail tech nailed it. Lyly was quiet but got right to work. I have not had such a clean and neat manicure ever. I have short nails because of my job and find some people file them all down even shorter but she shaped them perfectly. My cuticles have never looked this clean and neat. She really took the time and put an extra coat of polish because she thought the light shade needed one more layer and she was right. If I lived closer I would definitely go back. read more

So many issues! The chrome and topcoat chipped in less than a day (tech did not use the proper base coat and said "it will be fine"). The cuticle work is sloppy. I came in wanting short black french tips full set. Lisa did not execute quality work or acted with integrity once i asked for her to do the french tips. I requested them to not have the french tips and simply remove the entire set due to the lack of foundation for my full set and the set being crooked and inconsistent. They refused to remove them. Someone did try to fix them but they still weren't right because of the poor acrylic foundation. They argued with me about the price and when I insisted they remove them because it's not what i asked for they removed 5 dollars. I would recommend going to another person in that shop but be cautious. Would you pay 80 for this? read more

They were professional, im pretty sure different nail techs there are better at certain designs though so maybe ask about that when you make an appointment. Probably the worst pedi I have ever had. After COVID so thankful to get an appointment for a pedi! Despite my appointment and Covid still waited in their dirty nail salon for 25 min. While none of that mattered I just wanted my toes to look refreshed.... I was horrified at the end result. My 10 year old could have painted my toes better. Paint on the sides and bumpy. I asked for a design on my big toe and it looked they did it with a crayon. So disappointed. Went home and took it all off it was that bad. I don't like to give bad reviews but this is one place I would advise staying away from. Not clean and they do a horrible job. I have been to Touch Nails three times for a gel manicure and I am convinced that I will NEVER go anywhere else! My tech is Jasmine and over the years that I have been patroning nail salons, she is over the top better than anyone! She puts incredible attention into my nails. She cleans the sides after each layer of polish making sure that there are no runs. She makes sure to seal the nail tips so there is no peeling. She even takes a cuticle cutter at the end of the manicure to nip any weird gel edges so that your manicure looks amazing from every view. She also gives a great hand massage. I would pay for to do it for 15 minutes straight. Also, my three gel manicures with her have NEVER chipped. I'm serious!! I only come to see her if I'm bored of the color or if I need my nails cut. The color selection is great; there are LOTS of gel and regular polish colors. The gel color selection alone takes up three boxes and has like 100+ nail samples in each. The price is comparable to many salons. I don't have any cuticles so I pay for gel color changes which are $15. But with that, I get old gel removal, nail cut down (if needed), file, buff, color, and hand massage so if you're as fortunate as me to not have overgrown cuticles, go for it! I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked through the door of Touch Nails! The salon is very clean and also very busy so make sure to make an appointment however they do welcome walk ins. Immediately I was greeted by the friendly staff and owner and asked to select my polish color. I was handed hundreds of nail samples to select from. If you can't find a color you like here then it doesn't exist because they have everything! Ahna did a beautiful job on my manicure and pedicure. I have hard gel nails (from a previous salon) and she thinned them out and shaped them very nicely. Included in their gel manicure is a cuticle cut which is excellent considering the past place I went did not offer this. My pedicure came out just as good as my manicure. Ahna trimmed and shaped my toenails perfectly. I am so happy to have found this salon and look forward to returning for my future manis and pedis! read more

I have been to most of the nail salons in the area (Eva Nails, LA Nails, Pampered) and liked them all, but none of them were exactly what I was looking for. Touch is brand new which made me hesitant to try them out, (How did I know if they're any good?!) but I only tend to go places that are a 10 minute walk and a couple minute drive from my house, and I was still looking for the perfect place to get my nails done so I thought why not give it a shot? Besides, Park Ave always messes up my nail shape, LA nails is too crowded, and Pampered recently GAVE ME TERRIBLE NAIL FUNGUS! Inside had a cute presentation, and its appearance was very clean and spacious which I LOVED! The girls are so friendly when you walk in, and you pick out of their many colors on the wall. I was seated right away because since they're so new the place wasn't crowded. Amazing customer service! Manicurist was nice and relatable and she handled my hands with care. On my first time there, another woman did the design on my nails which was done exactly how I described, and then my 1st manicurist returned right away to add sparkle and a clear coat to my nails. They were perfect and my sister who accompanied me was just as thrilled with hers! The lady getting her nails done on the other side of me was raving as well. Her nails were covered in intricate designs and tons of rhinestones. I also have gotten my eyebrows done here, and they came out great! Just how I like them. The woman who waxed them was friendly and made me laugh as well. Haven't gotten a pedicure here yet (I've been being cheap lol) but next week I'm going for one because their pedicure chairs so look so nice that I really have to try them out. I have been to touch salon many times before and I loved it, but due to the last 2 experiences I have had there, I won't be returning. The first time I got an acrylic fill and it was just ok. But the second time I went for a fill, I was mortified when I discovered my nail was dark green. I had never saw this before so I ask the tech if I should just remove the nails and leave them bare, she said she could still do a fill and it was just from water getting trapped underneath. A couple days after I got the fill, I took the nails off because I was nervous. Now a month later i'm still dealing with this fungus and it's getting worse, now my nails are separating from my skin. Please educate your staff, not sure if I contracted this from tools or application, but either way, I won't be back. read more

I came here because I couldn't get an appointment at my usual salon. I heard good things through the reviews, so I'll definitely give Touch another shot in the future. My first visit was just meh, but I've had worse experiences for sure. They were able to accommodate me within the half hour, which I appreciated. I live close by, so I made a quick errand and got there 30 minutes later. When I got to the salon they were able to take me right away for my manicure. I chose a nail color and then I was sat at a station. The ladies here are great conversationalists and try to be personable, which is great. This only became a problem when a regular client came in and they would get up from the station and go say hi. It got to be annoying as it kept happening, and ultimately made the manicure longer than it needed to be. I was pleased with the shape of my nails, but the color seemed to be hard to make opaque and kept streaking. After an additional coat and some clean up the nails looked better. The top coat went on and then I went to dry. I left pretty much pleased. Later, something weird happened with the top coat and my nails just looked streaky again. I don't know if their products are expired or they add thinner...but the formula just did not sit well on my nails. I never have a problem with the most popular nail polish formulas. I think in the future I would come here with my own nail color and top coat, hoping for better results. read more

Hesitant, curious, and with a very bad job recently done by a different salon, I made an appointment and my nails turned out gorgeous! Touch fixed the mess my nails were in. No pain. No flaws. Great quality. It took about 1.5-2hours, but it was well worth it. Touch did an awesome job! This is definitely my new nail salon. My nail tech, Rena, is fabulous and does a great job, especially on pedicures. this review is more so for the salon and their scheduling mis-haps. I always make appointments ahead of time so I can relax and enjoy getting pampered. The past few times I've booked my appointment they've either rescheduled, made me wait over 30minutes because they've overbooked, and have switched around my nail tech because they overbooked that particular tech. this last time was the last straw for me. I drove an hour in traffic to make it there for my 3:30 rescheduled appointment which had been for 11am that same day with another tech, but they asked me to reschedule because that tech didn't work Mondays. I agreed over text, and when I got there they said no we meant for Tuesday, not Monday, and Rena was not available. add that to the fact that they increased their prices and my last gel manicure didn't even last a week before it started to chip, I was done. I will definitely love to see Rena again if she goes to another salon or opens her own shop, but it's not worth the price point for the headaches I get for me to continue going to TN. read more

This place was great! I got a gel mani and a great pedi for $40! With the special the run on Mondays and Tuesdays!!! I had Lisa and she was wonderful and gave a great massage. I have rarely had someone really take the time to make sure the polish is right like she did, no lumpy gel for me! She is also the first to get my nail shape right. I like really round so she looked and copied from my thumb. I would highly recommend going in, they have 4 chairs and 6 hand stations.
