There were about 9-10 chairs for pedicures and 9 tables for manis. The walls are painted a pale blue. No real theme in their decor. The chairs are cool. Service The hostess was friendly at first but quick to dismiss me. She gave me answer and she was already asking someone behind me what they needed. Umm, what if I had a follow up question? They let me soak for 15 minutes before Kelly came by. Kelly did a great job on the cuticles and the massage, but not so great with the heel. I wanted her to get all in there with that grater tool. I didn't even see her take it out. The customer next to me had the grater done. Weird. Kelly then painted one toe and asked if I was happy with the color. I was and I was glad she asked. Then she dipped a brush into a cup of alcohol to clean off any mistakes. Mani Kelly said very little to me. I'm fact I wouldn't call her friendly. The job was done well. Fast forward four weeks. No chips! I am very lucky and I was pleased with the results. This nail salon needs to work on friendlier costumer service and not be so rushed.

We were kindly told to come in for a 6:30pm appointment- so we did. We were greeted kindly, my mom is greeted by name. And I was shown to my chair to wait for Tina to do my nails, she had another client so the owners husband started on my nails to remove the gel, he was very kind and efficient. They're all very sweet there. The vibe is relaxed, and quiet. Sometimes a little too quiet for me but it was very clean and Tina did a great job and she was such a sweetheart. I would check them out, they close at 7:30pm I believe- later than most nail salons and they're really good. Oh and my gel manicure was only 35.00! Love that.

She listened to what I wanted gave me her professional opinion and we agreed on the final outcome and I couldn't be happier will definitely be returning and would highly rec *update* I think I jumped the gun on this review (I wrote it in the parking lot before I even left haha) while I obviously loved my first experience and the way my nails looked it was a different story about 2 days after I got my nails done. I noticed my top coat started to peel in a couple of my nails, it started looking rather cruddy to where I went in to have her fix it. She was accommodating and didn't hesitate to "fix" my nail. Her solution was to put another top coat over what was peeling and chipping off. So it still looked pretty cruddy, I didn't say anything more about it and decided I would continue my search for my go-to nail salon. The lady was nice and nails held up without breaking, it was just the top coat, but for what I paid I was hoping a top coat would hold up too.

Before starting, I asked about the price, showed the nail tech what I wanted, and agreed to the price she gave me. She began by pushing back and cutting my cuticles, but then immediately started painting my natural nails. I stopped her and explained that I wanted acrylics, as I had told her before we started. At that point, she became visibly upset, dropped what she was holding, started yelling in another language, and went over to another employee while continuing to yell and point at me. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way the situation was handled, so I told them I was done and wanted to leave. I was then charged $15 even though all that had been done was my cuticles being pushed back and trimmed. I understand that miscommunications can happen, but the reaction was completely unnecessary and made me feel very uncomfortable. Based on how I was treated, I would not return or recommend this salon.

The front desk associate will ask you to place a card on file and pay a small hold fee. The facility itself is spacious, clean, and well maintained, with ample off-street parking. The main room of the salon is used for manicures and pedicures, and it has an abundance of seating and a large polish wall. The secondary room at the rear of the main salon is specifically designated for massage therapy. The massage room had multiple beds that were separated by curtains for privacy. The area was clean and very organized. The massage specialist was friendly and walked me through each step of the treatment. The scalp massage also includes a scalp analysis before and after the treatment, as well as a blow-drying session once the treatment is completed. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this business to others.
