I left there noticing my nails have lots of dents in them and the dip powder is extremely thick. I do believe some steps of the process of both mani and pedi were skipped for some reason- usually they clip the skin around the nails or file them perfectly straight... again- attention to detail was lacking. For the amount of time I spent there, I expected some great work. They have a points program but you have to earn over 400 points to get it, and each point is a dollar. Seems far fetched. Not sure if I'll return.

Parking can be a little tight but manageable. This salon is square shaped which is nice because the Manicurist can freely move around the various stations and the customers aren't all squished in together. They have around a dozen manicure stations and about the same amount of pedicure chairs. They also have a great selection of polishes on site (traditional,gel,and dip powder just to name a few) and service prices were similar to local competitors. Lastly, the staff were really friendly,prompt and knowledgeable. Everyone made you feel very welcomed whether this was your first time visiting the salon or if you've been an established customer. Overall I had a nice experience and would recommend this nail salon to others.

We started with a pedicure then right to my nails. The tech told me I needed a new set. Ok, sure. I'm happy with starting fresh. Well, how is it possible that I got both a manicure and a full set in an hour and 15 minutes, was charged $185 and it's three days later and I already have 4 nails lifting?! I went there because where I normally go had to cancel all of their appointments for an emergency and I needed my nails fixed ASAP. Never again.
