Really No Stars! Customer service is a joke! Don't spray your vehicle off anymore. The attendant inside the car wash looks like he's there to collect a paycheck and only worried about his phone! The place has gone downhill fast and we will be looking to go elsewhere!!!! read more

The team is considerate and kind. I know I will allow encounter polite people at the Jenison, MI, location we frequent. The place is always clean, the staff is attentive if an issue arises, & the wash just looks great. I had an experience recently in which I pulled in about 10 minutes before closing and staff had come out to clean the vacuum system. When they noticed me vacuuming, the offered to stay late and wait until I was finished and then run through the car wash as well. Who dies that anymore! Amazing. I elected yo vibe back another day to vacuum and let them clean things up. They were so appreciative toward me. Nice people and a good car wash. You can't beat that. read more

Dropping this review down from a 2-star to a 1-star. My daughter went to the Jenison location today around 4:30pm, ran into the same issue - jam packed, no way to exit. Unfortunately, that wasn't the worst of it. What made this much worse is that when she was finally going through the car wash in the rinse portion, her car bumped the car in front of her!!! Thankfully there was no damage to either car (at least that they were able to see). People started honking and the car wash stopped for a few seconds and then started right back up. She and one other person (the one that she bumped) attempted pulling to the side after to get it figured out, but there was no space and honking cars, so they left. She called the car wash multiple times immediately afterward, but no one answered the phone and there was no option to leave a message. I would avoid this car wash at all costs. read more

What car wash shuts the vacuums off while customers are using them before a wash. I got there before closing got 1/2 the car vacuumed and they shut them off. Still got a wash but still. They should cone off the entrance early if people can't finish. Tommy's from now on. read more

They never spray under you wheel wells at this location we live on a dirt road and mud cakes in there wish they would do this more!

As a monthly customer I sure wish they would spend a little more time spraying off your car before sending it through. Most of the time the employees are talking to each other and not taking the time. read more

Nice job friendly staff and excellent vacuum area. Too bad so many people in this area are such nasty little complainers who don't plan ahead or have any patience grace or compassion. It's probably a long standing tradition ingrained in frontal lobe during long boring stints at vacation bible school. read more

The services are ok but I dont understand how you could possibly use their washes compared to tommys express the prices are the exact same but the wash is far superior in every way. read more

I have 3 cars on my account for the monthly program. The first car is supposed to be $19.99 and the other cars are supposed to be $15.99 each. A few months ago, I noticed on my CC bill that I was being overcharged and being billed $19.99 for 2 of my vehicles. I went to the car wash to get it straightened out. The employee did not know what to do. I was advised to go to another location to get it figured out. At the other location, I was met with the same issue and I was advised to call the HQ to get it right. Nobody ever answers the phone or responds to emails at HQ. I requested and obtained a "special" phone number for the employees to call HQ and spoke with a woman who was not too versed in the system. After being on the phone for 20 minutes, she said everything was fixed. Well, the next month's CC bill came and guess what...NOTHING CHANGED. They still were over billing me. I ended up cancelling my account and signed up with Tommy's car wash. Everything with Tommy's is great and I wish I would have switched sooner. read more

Location Wilson & Lake Drive, cars were lined up 10+ but the lines moved right along. The entrances person that was direct the cars forward also was responsible for spraying the back of the vehicle. My vehicle back received less than 2 seconds of spray. There should have been one person per side. The low score doesn't reflect my opinions the workers, it does reflect my opinion the type of management that would condone an unsafe practice of one employee handling a two person job just to save money. Pulled in on a Saturday and I saw the line and immediately tried to turn around. There's 0 spots for any chance of an emergency exit. Ended up being stuck for 45 minutes. read more
