This afternoon, my vehicle was involved in a rear-end collision. My relatively new car sustained minor dents as a result of this incident. Tommy's employees witnessed the collision, intervened to stop the line, and instructed the other driver to back up. They have clearly stated that they bear no responsibility for the incident. I believe the proximity of vehicles in the queue should be better managed. I suggest that a staff member be present at the entrance at all times to monitor vehicle flow, rather than remaining in the office. read more

Getting your car clean, it misses so many spots it's terrible! The entire back hatch was missed. It's was of money!

Never open on time, and you will rarely get a clean vehicle after washing. Many times my truck comes out dirtier than before I went through the wash. Extremely over priced for the lack of quality. Nice car wash facility. Clean and modern. Drive through cashier is nice, but an option to use a self pay kiosk would be welcomed. Cashiers are friendly, and pretty quick. I've only been a few times but only once did they try to up-sell. Car wash is quick and efficient - the $7 wash does the trick for a quick clean. TONS of free vacuums - they do offer a detail kit for $3 at the vacuums, too. I appreciate how these vacuums are not running 24/7 - you push a button to turn them on. They have good suction power and they have good reach! I have been to some places where the vacuum hose doesn't reach to my back passenger doors very well and will rub against the door - I did not have this problem here. Long hoses with a very high arm make these very easy to maneuver and reach - i did not try to vacuum my cargo area, though. All in all a nice car wash facility! read more

Tommy's has always been an excellent stop for a car wash, and as a premium member I drive through often. Today my rear windshield wiper was broken off. I rolled through the drive through and they offered to put it back on for me. By some miracle they had an extra wiper since mine was broken and unusable, and they replaced the whole arm and blade for me. It was above and beyond 5 star service for sure. Great vacuums! I really love how well their vacuums work. They clean up beach sand from all over the seats without an issue, which can't always be said for the vacuums at gas stations. It's $3.00 for 10 minutes and includes a nice little cleaning kit. If you have the monthly wash program, it's free, you just activate the vacuums through their app. The car washes are great too, but I have gone more for the vacuums than anything else. It's easier than doing it at home and keeps the inside of my car looking great. read more

Followed the directions to enter the car wash, put my SUV in neutral as the track moved me forward while an employee walked up screaming "STOP STOP STOP STOP". When your vehicle is on a moving track...you can no longer stop your car. As I rolled down the window to ask what he was wanting me to do he began screaming "ROLL YOUR WINDOW UP." After going through I went back to the cashier and asked what was going on. While smirking he explained that it's possible I entered the wash with too much momentum and the worker screaming at me just wanted me to press on my breaks. Pay 3 bucks to use a vacuum that has barely any suction. Then to have it shut off after 20 seconds. Better off going across the street to mister car wash. You get free vacuums and they do an exceptional job at washing your car read more
