Courtney is my stylist and always does a phenomenal silk press (I'm natural and this hair needs occassional blow dry taming) and my short cut & color. They use great products, tools and I love his technique. One major difference I see in the shop is the increased diverse talent and vibrancy of the staff. I appreciate that in a hair salon. Bookings are online or phone call, parking spots are across at Einstein's (I learned the hard way today and parked in the big lot next to Sprint and had to pay an event fare) and Starbucks is up the block if you need a coffee/tea although the staff here will gladly pour you a mimosa.

I tried it for a 2nd time, the first time I thought it was a bad batch. Things happens all the time, I was sure luck just wasn't on my side the very first time but having tried it for the 2nd time years later and I was convinced it wasn't a bad batch and I was not crazy. Indique hair shedded horribly, frizzed and tangled very bad. I did contact indique customer service, they offered me a discount but I didnt want to put any of Indique hair brand back in my head. There must be a synthetic blend with this hair my guess, because it tangles so bad until you'll try to brush the tangles out and hair comes out and if you have a sew in like I did, I was about to pull the hair from the braid it was that tangled. I did send indique photos and videos and they asked about me about products to maintain it, but I only use quality shampoo and conditioner and I was using a leave in conditioner to help with the tangleness and frizz but it helped very little. Purchase at your own risk, I'm definitely not recommending. Customer service was nice but the quality of the hair is horrible and again, I tried it for the 2nd time

I purchased hair from here about two years ago from this company and I went back purchased the sea Collection body wave i noticed tons of shedding and I called the store and spoke to Ashley Lake replace two bundles because I bought four shedding is just nonstop this has to be worse than beauty supply store hair I am so upset the return process is you have to bring the hair back let them ship it off so that defeats the point of buying quality luxury hair if I have to send it back had it installed and take down which cost me about $420 twice and now I'm going to be without the hair I mean I wouldn't waste my time I'm just going to cut my losses They've lost a good customer!

I called her to make an appt on a Tuesday, and she said "I can take you tomorrow!" Too good to be true, right? lol...Nope! I booked a 5 am Saturday appt, and was in and out of her chair just before 10. She washed, conditioned, and dried my hair before getting to work on the twists. She was so accommodating!!! She made me feel so comfortable, and is so personable. I most definitely will be booking with Prudence again.

From the receptionist to the assistant to my stylist Sted. The atmosphere was awesome, I was offered a beverage which was excellent as well. You will not be disappointed if you decide to set an appointment. As I sat there looking at all of the stylist perform miracles...I was amazed it was truly a wonderful and awesome experience. I will be flying back to Atlanta in three months for another install by the best!!!
