I was delighted with all aspects of my two recent visits for Xray and CT exams, EXCEPT the 4-5 day expected turnaround for the reports. Just be sure you KNOW about this delay and, if warranted, ask your Dr. to designate the order as 'STAT'! [to their credit, once my Dr. revised the CT order to 'stat', the results were available before the end of the day] In particular, the report system is very user friendly and informative - I'd give it SIX stars if I could!] In every other regard, I truly felt Touchstone was superior to the other labs my wife and I have used. We had the worst experience all around at Touchstone, I would NOT recommend. Our 8 yr old daughter needed an ultrasound, so we made an early morning appointment. She had to fast and show up with a full bladder. The ultrasound tech didn't show up for 2 HOURS (we kept being given the excuse of "car trouble") and then she finally did show up with a giant iced coffee and fast food bag in hand. My daughter was hungry and needed to use the bathroom but we had to wait and wait for hours. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. We finally got called back for the ultrasound and the tech was unapologetic and rude. She rushed the ultrasound and did not take enough pictures (this was confirmed by our Dr later). [[HIGHLIGHT]]After the ultrasound, I gave a mailing label to the front desk and specifically requested our images be mailed to OU children's. I was told this was fine and their courier would pick it up the following day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We went to our appointment at OU Children's a week and a half later and the Dr STILL had not received the images. Getting our images done at Touchstone was a complete and total waste, as the Dr was not even able to reference the images at the time of our appointment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called Touchstone after our appointment to ask where our images were and they had "no record" of me asking them to mail the images! The office lady was impatient and rude to me, and did not take any responsibility.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She did eventually find that the courier never picked our images, (she could not explain this and did not apologize) and now the mailing label was expired. I ended up having to pick up the images myself in person and DRIVE THEM MYSELF to OU Children's. The place is clean, and that's about the only pleasant thing I have to say. My only issue is the nurse lady wasn't wearing gloves, kept messing with her hair and rubbing her face then touching stuff related to what I was having done. Including all up in my bandaid. That wasn't cool at all read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Horrible place, not recommended at all.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had a MRI done there in December. One lady told me.she would have my MRI disk ready when I get there to pick it up. I go there and it's not ready, and the lady said that's not allowed. We cannot make it until your here. I then had to wait which made me late to my other appt. And the disk did not have anything on it. I had to go back miltiple times for disks and everytime the Dr said the disk didn't work. They also do not have a patient portal, it's 2025 so i can not review my own records. read more

It takes over a week to get your images looked at. So if you schedule doctors appointment in a week, reschedule it because they won't have your images ready in time and my appointment was at 9:15 I got there at 8:50 and then get my name called until 9:50. And then didn't start MRI process until 10:55. Crazy that I wait that long. read more

After driving 55 miles Monday at 7:30 PM and moving around the schedule of my four kids to have an MRI done to get the most prompt answers, I was told that my results would be 2-3 days but I could have my Dr order them stat. I was scheduled for a follow up this afternoon at 3:30. I just received a call from my doctors office that they have been advised that it will be no sooner than Monday that they can get the results. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As a single widowed father of four who is also a school teacher, I can't afford these types of delays and miscommunications.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not only have I already arranged for childcare and transportation of my kids, I have also already scheduled a substitute teacher for my afternoon and now I have to use another of my few sick days on Monday to get my results and be able to move forward with treatment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm VERY irked. No one should have to jump through hoops or be left in pain because a business has staffing issues. If you don't have the staff to read the images, send patients somewhere that does until you can provide promptly the services that you offer! Fraudulent charges and terrible service. I had a CT scan done at the Broken Arrow office. I was given one price if I used my insurance and another price if I did not. I chose not to use my insurance and paid before my scan. Three weeks later I receive a bill where they have billed my insurance and are now billing me again. When I called to get this figured out, I was treated rudely, did not even get the courtesy of talking to anyone. I was told that Tya the office manager was in a meeting and the receptionist hung up on me. I am reporting them to my insurance for the fraudulent charge. read more
