I will give them the same review i did to their other Yelp account.... "Liars, horrible work with terrible quality demanded. They have no care for their cusomers, it is a husband/wife owned business and you will find there is no communication between them. We spent over $4000 with them to have to go and find another place to fix all the issues they said they fixed. Please be very careful" They are a bunch of thieves, i took my previous 2005 Travel trailer to have a few things fixed including resealing the roof and windows..... They did not properly seal the roof, the did a lousy job reasealing the windows all the caulking was out and grey instead of the white it should have been done with... I cannot tell you how much i regret every second of my life taking my trailer to them....please stay away!!!!! Drive a few miles more to another rv repair shop... read more

they moved my RV using a forklift without my permission hit another consumers RV. They lied to the other RV owner and their insurance company and said that I caused the damage. We are currently litigating the matter! read more

Vicky and Jesus are awesome. They really cared about us. When they couldn't fix the problem with our RV's engine the same day and heard that we had nowhere to go they even hooked us up to electricity and gave us the keys to their shop so we didn't have to pay for a hotel. This is a letter I sent to Forest River on the scam these people are running. Don't trust any of the positives reviews, go check for yourself before dealing with them. This is a recap of our terrible experience with Tour America your representative in Miami Florida. I will spare you my personal opinion and will let you make your own. We brought the RV on Friday the 16th of December. When we brought the camper we were told by Vikki at tour america that going thru warranty process was going to be "painful, very long and most likely end up not being approved as it was Forest river habit to decline warranty repairs". Her advice was to skip the warranty claim, go forward with repairs and pay her directly. We decided to go forward with repairs thru warranty claim as it is a new camper we picked up from Lazy day only a couple of months ago. As you know Tracy and I decided to get involved with you and Forest river directly because of the bad feelings we had coming from Vikki that would trash a company that sends her customers for repairs. From there on all we heard from Vikki was that she had been trying to contact you by phone or emails but was left with no results. On my side every time I would call you or email you I would receive an instant response. Her story wasn't making any sense, it was lie after lie. After pushing for a week for repairs to be done, finally on Friday the 23rd repairs were completed. Tour america was going to close for 2 weeks and I was not going to leave it on her lot for 2 weeks. When I went to pick up the RV by 11 am, I was told by Vikki that she couldn't release it until payment was done by Forest River or myself. I called you and was transfer to Jessica that was also extremely helpful. I could understand the conversation between Jessica and Vikki as I understood Vikki saying she was the manager and the owners were out of town and she needed immediate payment over the phone. She also told Jessica she had over 30 coachs she was working on to be released that day and no time to waste with Jessica on the phone on a $600 claim. After hanging up, Vikki kept on saying Forest river was the worst company to deal with and she only had problems with them on all the warranty claimed she had filled. She then said unless she would receive a bank wire she wouldn't trust payment. Jessica made a few phone calls and then called me back to let me know that if I would pay for it I would be reimbursed by Forest River. We agreed to go that way. I handed my credit card to Vikki and said I was paying for it and would follow on the claim with Forest River directly. Vikki pushed it back saying her credit card terminal was broken and she was expecting a replacement sometime during the day but I could pay cash and take it. I told her I would wait even if it took all day. It was then about 12Pm. By 2 pm Vikki approached me and told me that the Credit card company called her to let her know that the technician had the wrong terminal in his truck and wasn't going to make it until Monday. She then told me to come back on Monday but I knew she was closing for 2 weeks and I wasn't going to leave. I called my wife asking her to bring cash as this was the only way I would get my RV back. Vikki and i got into an argument and she then told me she was not going to release it anyway and didn't have to deal with me, she was going to close early and I would have to come back to pick it up after her return from vacation. I went outside got into my truck pulled back against the RV and told her I wasn't moving until my wife get there with the cash and that I was leaving with RV on that day. We paid her in cash and left. I was there for 4 hours and had time to take pictures and see what kind of operation was tour america. She didn't have 1 coach on the lot for repair when she claimed to Jessica she had 30. They don't have a bay for repairs nor do they have tools or a mechanic. They have a small bay for carpentry repair with only a bench and a saw. They have an empty lot with a couple of coachs they claim to be renting She is the owner with her husband and told Jessica she was a manager going by the rules. I have researched her and the company. Tour america has the worst reviews from people claiming they have been ripoff from them. Their website is totally misleading, it is nothing they claim to sell and service they claim to provide. I would let you make your own opinions on that matter but I would recommend someone from Forest river to pay them a visit. Why she wouldn't release my camper when she knew she was closing for 2 weeks makes me believe there was a scam waiting to happen. Not a way to be represented down in South Florida where 1000 of campers are sold every week. This husband wife team is terrible! There are so worried about getting screwed that they are the ones doing the screwing, I blew my power transfer switch on my motorhome and therefore had no power in the rv... no ac, fridge, tv...nothing. All of this happened and a thursday morning. After speaking to Jesus, he ordered the part immediatly and I asked when the part would be in and when it would be replaced.The answer was it would arrive friday in the morning or lunch time and he would come install it the minute it arrived. It arrived friday at 2 pm supposidly and after calling him 3 times he was coming. Friday night came and went, no Tour America. I called again Saturday morning but no answer. He finally called me back around 10:15 amd and said he would come intall the piece. Again, at 230 no tour america. By then I needed fuel because I left the main engine run to try and keep cool so i called a road service to help me close the pop outs at $180.00. I went and fueled, got back at 4 pm. no tour of america. Sunday, no call nothing. Monday morning rolls in, now I have to catch a plane now to go home after being in Miami for 3 weeks as I leave the RV there for the winter . I go to tour of america monday morning, he answer was he didn't have time. By then I was pissed off after being without power for 5 days and lied too. I simply asked for the money back for the part and I would have simply left. No I was told. There is no return on electric parts although I had not seen the part till Monday morning. What would have happened if it would have or is the wrong part? I wont know till April when I am going back to Miami and have to hopefully find someone to repair my rv and the part a bought for $275.00. I even called the cops and was told it was a civil matter although I already knew it. I just wanted to piss him off although when I mentioned I was calling the cops his answer was" We both know that wont do anything." During our conversation he even mentioned that he was bigger than me..lol This is the type of people you are dealing with if you decide to deal with Tour America Rv's in Doral Florida. They were more interested in the profit they made off the part than my problem.I should have learned from the first time i delt with him when it took him a week to fix a 69.00 valve on my toilet. The yard looks like a scrap yard, the place is a mess, the only thing good about this place is that his wife is hot although she has the same screw you attitude as him. Do not use this place, they care about no one, all they care about is profit. To leave me for 5 days in the heat was un human. They probably think this is over but they will realize it is not when they recieve a lawyer letter and a visit to small claims court. I know that this will probably cost me more than the part itsself but it's time someone teaches them a lesson. read more
