I had all 3 axels replaced by Trailer Tech prior to a trip to Key West. I lost two wheels on the way down and had to have a company out of Key West come rescue me. I contacted Adrian at Trailer Tech and his reply was of genuine concern, I explained my situation and he responded with respect and actions. after my ordeal I brought the trailer to them where they compensated me for my out of pocket expenses and repaired my trailer better than it was prior. There may be a better trailer place in Miami, but I highly doubt it. If you're at all like me, you give precious little thought to your boat trailer until chunks of metal literally start falling off. Normally, I only trailer the boat a few hundred yards back and forth to the boat ramp; but still, I need the thing safe and functional just in case I head down to the keys or black point. So, I called a few trailer places (none answered or called back), until I reached Trailer Tech... they were the first to actually answer the phone! The very polite manager invited me to bring in the trailer right away (with the boat on it) a major plus since I didn't have to figure out what to do with the boat in the interim, and they promised they could rebuild the entire thing and replace every part that matters (post, springs, axles, wiring, etc.) by the next day. Anyone who has dealt with boats for as long as I have, would naturally be somewhat skeptical... It's funny how a promised week can easily slip into a month in boat language.. Best of all, it was offered at a price that was so reasonable I assumed it did not include labor... When I pulled up, it was a no hastle drop off, parking wasn't a challenge, no tight turns or awkard parking lots. I showed the team everything that I thought was wrong and they showed me some more things... and they even convinced me to make some choices that would save me some money. I went on my way. To my very pleasant surprise, they called at 9:00 a.m. the next day, to inform me that my trailer was ready to go. The price was exactly as quoted, and to be honest, if it weren't for my boat sitting on it, I doubt that I would have even recognized the trailer. It looked practically brand new! I thank the guys at Trailer Tech.... and while I doubt I'll need to see them again for a few years, they have certainly earned as strong a recommendation as I can offer. I don't know why you would bother looking for another trailer place. This one is great! read more

This company is very honest and friendly. I took my boat trailer in to fix the brakes and they did a great job. Most places will tell you every part needs to be replace to charge extra but trailer tec only fixed the part necessary and did a great job. If you have a trailer and need some work done this is the place. They also have a road side service . read more
