The trolley was contracted to make continuous loops between our two hotels and the venue from 2:15pm to 3:15pm. Despite this, several of our guests were outside ready for pickup at 3:00pm and were left behind. The trolley never came back for them, causing them to arrive late to our ceremony. Communication leading up to the wedding was difficult. The company was unresponsive to emails and calls, and key details weren't clearly confirmed until the last minute. This added a lot of stress to our planning process. After the wedding, I reached out to express my concerns, and the owner responded with a rude and defensive email. Rather than apologizing or trying to understand our experience, he blamed us and our guests, despite the fact that they were ready and waiting during the contracted time window. Weddings are stressful enough without having to deal with unreliable transportation and unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend this company to other couples looking for dependable service on their big day

We had an infant and over 80 on board and everyone was miserable. The inside of the trolley was nearing 100 degrees. We spent $1600 on this tour for our wedding and it was the worst thing we spent money on. I could go on and on but just know the bus driver is a piece of work and the owner is even worse. He will come up with any excuse not to refund you or even just trying to get in contact with him was a pain. He offered to refund us $160, which for $1600 wasn't even a dent. We would have much rather done something different with our time and spent our money elsewhere. For the owners character, he told me it was our fault because some of our guest wore long sleeve shirts and then he took a screenshot of the weather forecast and sent it to me. Newsflash, the weather was perfect. The sun beaten, hot box, hell of a trolley was the issue. I would have gladly walked back from rocky mountain national park than take this tour again. RMNP is beautiful. 15/10 stars. But stay away from this business.

It was 3 of us, including my 8-year-old son, and the conditions couldn't have been better--just a little snow, some mud, and plenty of opportunities for big splashes (which my son absolutely loved). We did a 5-hour rental, which felt like the perfect amount of time to explore without feeling rushed. The equipment was in great shape, and even the truck used to haul the ATV and trailer to the trailhead was well-maintained--everything felt professional and dialed in. The team really made the experience stand out. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic, and Andrew in particular was a superstar--he handled both checkout and check-in, made everything easy, and clearly cares about making sure customers have a great time. We'll definitely be back, especially to experience the trails in full snow. Highly recommend all around.

There's a parking lot out front which fills up with people watching the Elk, walking around here, & taking the shuttle buses into town and to the Rocky Mountain National Park. You can obtain lots of free information on the Estes Park area including outdoor activities, lodging, activities around town, dining, & shopping. During the peak summer season, you can take the free town shuttles to this Visitor Center, then transfer from here to the free RMNP shuttles. Avoid parking and traffic issues during the busiest times of the year. Outside are some green areas (parklets), a pedestrian bridge that will take you across the river (where we saw Elk), some art, and the Estes Park Veterans Monument. It's a nice place to wander while stretching your legs.

While we enjoyed good weather and the freedom and time to reflect on their Rendezvous with Destiny, they had faced torrential rain and life-threatening obstacles as they ran towards the artillery exploding around them and bullets flying at them; many cutting into their brave young bodies and souls. Though our experience on the beaches was very different from the Allied Forces, Brian DeToy summoned his unique ability to take us back in time to imagine what it was like for them. His military experience, research, education and love of history equip him to set the stage in every facet and mood and bring it to life. One place in particular where he did an exceptional job was upon entering the American Cemetery. As visitors were nonchalantly streaming in, Brian pulled us to the side and spoke solemn, focused words that were appropriate for revering the site and honoring, in a personal way, those who had lost their lives and were buried there. It will always be with me. Sheryl's many strengths include her meticulous administrative and organizational skills, as well as graciousness and the patience of a saint. As a retired Army general, I was hoping to better understand the Vietnam War, which shaped my training and the Army which I served in from 1979-2016. I also looked forward to viewing my Dad's experience as a military advisor in 1962-63 & 1968-69 in a new light after seeing the terrain. Brian and Sheryl delivered that and more. Our tour traced the major political and military struggles of both the French and American wars, and helped to understand the Vietnamese point of view at every turn. Their approach, which incorporated both Brian's historical expertise (honed by his PhD and 12 years teaching at West Point) along with assigning voluntary "character backgrounds" presented by the tour participants, encouraged not only study in preparation beforehand but also a collaborative discussion of the issues in the long struggles of the Vietnamese people. Sheryl's precise planning and use of 5-star accommodations made the trip luxurious throughout, with meals, 4 internal flights, 12 bus trips, and a 2-day opulent boat excursion into Halong Bay all handled seamlessly.
