Everything we spoke about was never done (voiceover interviews...etc). Vlad left most events early and was more focused on eating than getting family interviews or important moments (he never took any footage of our cake cutting from our reception.) Alex took all the money up front and then forgot it seemed that he still had to provide a service. I don't know how Alex is in business. I could write pages on how horrible it was dealing with him. He screamed at me when I went to go see him with my mother to discuss our footage. I was six months pregnant and had been extremely sick and trying to follow Alex's manical directions, at first he wanted all the edits done sent in an email, then he couldn't place said email, then he wouldn't follow the format of the email. It was beyond stressful. This man should never be in a service based industry, especially one in which people pay you to record their best day. FYI on top of that his editing quality is sub par, cheap, and tacky.

I thought the bride would get more photos alone. I got none of my whole dress and the back of my dress. At the reception she took nice pictures. We took the pictures outside on the roof top. They said we would come back up at night to take more. They never reminded us. Also, when we were taking pictures. I thought the photographer would ask if I had grandparents to take pictures with. I reminded myself to get a picture with my grandma. Thank god. I got one! Also, we took a picture with the rolls royce. They didn't even get a picture of us with the front view of the car. I downloaded an app just to cut people out of my pictures. Just get a shot of my whole dress alone lol The best things were the video and wedding album. The YouTube short clip was great. I recommended you just use them as your videographer not photographer.

The day of photographer didn't listen to our requests. We asked for dramatic and artistic shots, but the photographer insisted on cheesy shots. The videographer missed so many moments of the wedding day, and was combative and defensive when asked about it. The video was formulaic, cheesy, and lacked any bit of artistry. It was exactly what we asked them not to do. When we brought this to their attention, they tried to BLACKMAIL us by saying they'd do a few extra "complimentary edits as a courtesy" in exchange for signing a document saying we wouldn't write bad reviews. I wonder how many other clients they tried to blackmail. They charged me to ship my printed canvas to their studio for pickup. I'm surprised they wouldn't cover an $8 service charge on a package that cost thousands of dollars. They also wanted to up charge to have a title on my wedding albums. It's so tacky and off putting. We were treated like a problem to deal with, and they acted like they were doing us favors all while speaking in such a condescending tone.They're difficult, rude, obnoxious, and the product is nothing special.
