Sorry, it's a NO. Our family took 2 helicopters to tour Miami at a cost of $285.00 a person ! The tour was fine, but when we returned my heart sank. There was a small line of people at both helicopters to get in our rides. We had to stay in the helicopters until the pilot removed all of our headsets. Then both pilots put these headsets with our speakers onto the next person in line. Then both pilots took off together for the next 45 minute tour. No break, no cleaning of the headsets that we had just used for our 45 minute tour. This is beyond disgusting, regardless of a Covid epidemic . Our pilot kind of bragged that there were few rules for helicopters. Well, maybe there should be. This company is only interested in making money! They need to clean the equipment after each ride! Give the pilots a cleaning break. Nonstop is ridiculous. read more

Amazing tour of Miami if you wanna see it from a different view! Truly breathtaking and the pilot was super nice and gave my brother and I a mini tour of the area and which spots were poppin' for later that night. Ocean Drive and the Liv were the moves. Of course the beach and some grub were on the itinerary as well. Time flew by (ha, flew by, get it?) on the helicopter ride but well worth it even if it was on the pricey side! Had to, you can always make back money but you can't always make crazy experiences and opportunities like this one. I definitely recommend checking this place out! I went with my Fiancé for a Helicopter tour, The Cashier "Tom" had singled us out as soon as we walked in with her Hijab "Islamic Head covering" we were treated badly, He took picture of our IDs Credit card and a Picture of Us !!! without our approval. This was a good experience. The views are amazing. We just did the 18+/- min $79 plan, and we were pleased with the tour and time. Anything longer than that would've been too long. The seating in the helicopter was pretty tight. We were in a 2 passenger helicopter where we had a pilot, co-pilot and 2 passengers in the back seat. We had a great Pilot by the name of Alejandro from Brazil. The staff and the whole experience was great. Also, The staff was very polite and friendly. Why I gave a 4 out of 5 stars? has more to do with a personal reason. During the helicopter ride i sat in the rear passenger seat behind the co-pilot (which is an additional passenger seat) where I smelled gas from the engine during the ride. This coupled with motion sickness and the sun, I began to sweat a lot. Which I normally don't sweat as much. So make sure you dress light, especially during the summer when trying to figure out what to wear for the ride. read more

One star because the pilot was nice! It was a sunny day in Miami, hot weather and the helicopter they assigned to us HAD NO A/C !!! The ear muffs WAS DISGUSTING (oily from other people's ears) and the red vest was actually BLACK! But let's go back to the NO A/C and they made us wait another 15 minutes with all the doors closed to take off. HORRIBLE! read more

I then made a decision to call my bank and request another card when I get home because something didn't feel right. Worst company ever. Never working with them ever again. We were so excited for a fun day on a helicopter which is not what we received. After preparing for our shuttle to pick us up at 1 pm sharp, we came down and checked with our concierge for when it will be arriving. They told us it would be 5-10 minutes late. It turned out to be over 20 minutes. Due to their extreme tardiness, the previous customers were in the car waiting to be dropped off. Our large group of six (2 helicopters of 3 people) were cramped and uncomfortable. After we finally arrived at 2:10 we were tired and ready to get on. They invited us to their office which is where they began to inform us about different route options. Take into mind we had already preselected a flight option before. They spent 20 minutes informing us about unreasonably priced $600 per person routes that we had not agreed to, further wasting our time. I get it though, marketing is very important but when we state we do not want to change our route then we mean it. Lastly, even tho we called 3 times prior to our shuttle arriving, we made sure and the employee agreed that our two separate helicopters would take off at the same time. This was for us to not spend any excessive time waiting for one another to finish. We had been affirmed that this would be how it was, but denied when it was time. LYING? This is not how service should be. We were frustrated and had booked a separate event that we had to go to after our flight and now found out that we had to wait for one group to finish for the next one to get on. UNREASONABLE! We asked for a discount, or alternative plan that fit our demands. No option is what the employee told us. He explained that their second pilot was going on vacation and could not be on duty today. Why were we not told this before we payed? After paying $1,000 and an additional tip of 10% which was $109, we were denied our requests. We asked to speak to their manager, who I see has been responding to the reviews listed and apologizing for the several inconveniences that their customers received. Tom is who we were informed we were speaking with and after stating our frustration and demand for an explanation or alternative option, he hung up mid call. NOT ONLY IS THIS BAD SERVICE BUT ALSO HORRIBLE MANNERS! The employee demanded it was a disconnection and when he redials the manager stated he did not wish to speak to us and hung up once again. We had only spoke to him for a minute, stating our inconveniences and due to him being on vacation this frustrated him as well. Man, we are on vacation too, understand our horrible frustration. WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE. We demanded a refund. Not only because we would rush to get ready for our next event but we did not want this horrible company to take our money after providing us with the worst service and inconveniences. How does a manager treat their customers like that! Our refund, as expected, had trouble going through. SHOCKER! After stating a portion of our paid amount went through, which was not appearing, our prepaid deposit was not going to be returned. It cost $200 to waste 3 hours of our time. GREAT DEAL? So thank you, Tom, for your personal irresponsibility and inconveniences caused our frustration and loss of time. I will never ever advise anyone to work with this company and take extra precautions to inform others that this company DOES NOT CARE about your requests and only for your money. I'm not one to complain but today is the day. The sales lady who represents TourHelicopter gave our group of 16 a price of $95 per person for a 25 min flight... sounded awesome. So we all piled up in their bus/shuttle 30 mins to location where the helicopter ride is located. As soon as we arrived, a gentleman without greeting us asked who was responsible for paying. No "hey how is everyone" NOTHING. Ok, whatever, right? He took the ones responsible to pay for our ride out to another room and started discussing prices. We said that we simply wanted what was mentioned to us, $95 per person for 25 mins. He then stated that price was incorrect and it was never said. He then tells us it's $200 per person for 25 mins. He then called the sales rep who took our deposit. She stated she never mentioned that price and length of helicopter ride and said that "one of the girls in our group overheard a conversation she was having with another customer." Not once could she keep her prices or story right. Read the reviews please. Many state the same thing that happened to us. I'm just sorry we didn't read them. Im sure it's a very awesome experience flying over Miami but not worth it flying with a company who has reps who lie to get customers to drive out half an hour and then give them a completely different price. I had a special proposal idea in mind and with the help, planning, and constant communication that Tom gave me the execution of the helicopter and proposal went picture perfect.
