This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a tow truck company. I've used many tow truck companies over several decades and the experience I had with Tow N Go was second to none. First of all, Bobby was a pleasure to speak with on the phone. The first thing he asked when we spoke was how am I doing, and then he went into asking about my vehicle. That level of care is rarely seen today and I appreciated that. Secondly, after knowing I was okay he then proceeded to diagnose my vehicles issue and offered several suggestions on things I may not have thought about. While on the phone he overheard I had two kids in the car and he was concerned since the dispatcher did not inform him there were kids in the vehicle. That caused Bobby to be even more concerned and he wanted to make sure we were taken care of quickly and the right way. So he hung up with me to check with another driver to see if they were closer and had a bigger vehicle to accommodate all of us. The whole experience helped change my attitude towards tow truck companies. Since prior to dealing with Tow N Go, I thought they were all about a money grab and getting the job done and moving on to the next customer. The experience with Bobby and Tow N Go showed me that my assumptions were wrong and good people exist in every industry. My engagement with Tow N Go started the day before - 05/30/19. The original truck couldn't make it, so we rescheduled for the following morning. Billy, the new driver called me early in the morning and confirmed both the vehicles' location and the drop off point. He sounded really caring and I was even more impressed when he showed up earlier than planned. I thought his pre towing routine was professionally done and he even explained to me how the front wheel locked down worked, to ensure a smooth towing. The mechanic was not going to be at the drop-off point, so he told us where to park the vehicle and where to leave the keys. Billy followed the instructions exactly and even had a better suggestion as to where to leave the keys. After dropping the vehicle off, he called me from the shop to let me know everything went well and he was done. Great job Billy. I don't think it really matters ones gender or age...when your vehicle breaks down ones day goes sideways pretty quickly! I'm a giddy-up and fix it kind of person so when I called Allstate they had a tow truck at my location in less than 20 minutes.....WOW! Eddrick from TOWnGO came to the rescue! He was kind and respectful...he saw I was a bit frazzled and his quiet demeanor calmed me down so we could both laugh about the situation! What a pro...he knew exactly what he was doing and we were on our way to my "car doctor" within 5 minutes! His truck was immaculately clean...he said he loved his truck! My 2008 BMW experienced an engine overheat and Tow-n-Go was the operator selected by BMW Roadside assistance. Eddrick was the driver that came to my aid and in a reasonable period of time. He was congenial, courteous, knowledgeable about his business and the automobiles he assisted. He was efficient in loading my vehicle and demonstrated concern for safety and the equipment. He demonstrated similar proficiency in unloading my vehicle at the dealership and ensuring I was assisted by the service personnel. My tow operator was Ryan......he did a fabulous job in towing my E320 Mercedes wagon onto his flatbed after my car deceided lock up completely. Initially I was able to put my car into neutral to get it out of my driveway, but then all of a sudden, it wouldn't budge. On German made cars, the tow pull is on the front exterior fender, so when your pulling a vehicle onto a flat bed, it usually pulls more to one side making it very, very difficult to load onto tow truck. But he kept at it, placing plastic lifts under each wheel until he got it safely on his truck. He was careful not to do anything to the car that could cause damage......GREAT JOB RYAN!!!! read more

(I was on the side of 35) she told me who would pick me up and he would call me when in route. Alan showed up got me out of my truck into his truck and assured my safety. He was professional and a gentleman! He made sure the company he dropped me off at was going to be able to take care of me before he left!! Alan was very professional and personable. You could tell he enjoyed helping people. When you need your vehicle towed you probably aren't having a very good day so it is so refreshing to get someone like Alan that truly cares and takes the time to put a smile on someone's face! Tow N Go Towing was able to get me out of a bad situation in a flash!!! I had gotten a forklift stuck while loading a truck in a time-sensitive situation. I called Tow N Go as a last resort and they were there within the hour and had me pulled out and back to business within an hour of arrival. I used Tow 'n Go services tonight and I had Conrad, who serviced me. He tried jumping off my car as well as diagnosing why my anti theft light was going off. I mean he did more than the dam mechanic. Customer service skills was on point, very personable guy. I felt like I knew him for years, some service people are assholes I know because I'm in customer service but he made me feel comfortable.
