Was trying to get my keys that were attached to my wallet with my ID from this towing place because…read morethey were in someone's vehicle they got impounded. The lady said I had to fill out the TDLR form so I did and then she said I had to be immediate family or owner. But per TDLR rules and regulations from their website u do not have to be related but she said yes because it was on their bulletin board. A tow truck company cannot add its own rules that contradict or go beyond the rules established by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Since she did deny me she has violated the regulations and I will be filing a complaint against her and the facility. And on top of that I used AAA get my vehicle towed since I couldn't get my keys from there and it happened to be Gilbert's towing And so then she called and told me that I couldn't get my car towed because I didn't have a hard copy of my ID (Which she knew was in their impound, lol) I had a picture of my ID on my phone but that wasn't acceptable she said.
