If I could I would give zero stars, absolute worse service I have encountered. An hour after requesting the service the technician originally assigned to me called me stating that he did not feel safe coming to my location. After speaking to the supervisor they stated that they would take action regarding this technician however, I am still waiting to hear back on what corrective action they are placing. After this it took them another hour for them to assign another technician to come help me in which that technician did not arrive for another hour. So all in all I was waiting 3+ hours for someone to come and help me. Luckily a Good Samaritan came and helped change my tire. All in all this company was not respectful towards my safety (as a customer) or my needs. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Was reassigned Erlan with a new eta of 78'mins after 14 mins have gone by. Hopefully this feedback can help training gaps/ staffing. read more

Late on a clear night with essentially no traffic, near downtown Houston, my roadside request for assistance changing a tire was dispatched to them with an estimate of 59 to 89 minutes. Then the estimate was revised to 259 minutes. That's more than 4 hours. That's practically the equivalent of accepting the job from my insurance company and then refusing to provide the service in any kind of reasonable time frame. Outlandish. read more

As others have complained, Inman took the roadside assistance job to beat out other companies, and then after 75 minutes at the end of the window to show up and first sending many texts saying still on schedule for on time arrival CANCELS the job leaving me stranded on I95 in Florida. If I could give 0 stars I would. I hit a curb and got a flat tire on my mini van. I'm a 68 yr old woman and cannot get down on my hands and knees to get the spare out from under the car and change the tire. I called at 8:30 pm. They said someone would be out in 59 min. An hour and 20 min. later I came to check. They couldn't find my order and when they did, they said it was canceled because they had no one in my area... which is about 30 min from their shop. I asked them how I was supposed to know it was canceled and they said they didn't know and were sorry. I have new tires which I bought through Discount Tire. This roadside assistance package comes with the tires. It's useless. I will be talking to them next. read more

Damaged our car for hundreds of dollars while opening the door after we locked the keys in. The service guy was nice, but hurried, leaving his car running with someone in it while he feverishly rammed a rod through our weatherstripping and scraped off paint. It wasn't that much of an emergency! But he was in a frantic hurry. We did this via USAA roadside assist, and the claims process has been a major headache. Would have been better to wait longer for someone more careful. read more

Literally would give 0 if I could. We are a logistics company with ProMaster 3500 vans. We call roadside assistance for a flat tire and they assigned this company to us twice, both time we complete disasters, to the point I have filed a complaint with the roadside company regarding Auto Rescue of Cleveland. 1st time, the technician showed up, saw the vehicle he was going to have to change a tire on (given all this information was included and given to them when we set up for the road side). He gave an attitude to my employee and then left stating he had another job to go to and wasn't equipped to handle this type of vehicle (essentially abandoning my employee with a flat tire that he waited over 1.5 hours for the technician to show up and change). So I called and had to get another road side appointment set up with a different company who was absolutely amazing. 2nd time, once again was set up with Auto Rescue of Cleveland by roadside. I personally this time called the company and asked them to make sure that they sent out a skilled and knowledgeable technician. 20 minutes before their ETA, I received a call from roadside stating they had cancelled. my driver has now been waiting for well over an hour to get a tire changed, and once again we are starting all over because they are not capable of completing a job (simple tire change, just a bigger vehicle). Absolutely appalled at this company and will make sure we do not have to deal with them ever again. read more

If I could do a half star I would have, or ZERO. I called Progressive Roadside Assitance and they assigned me with this unprofessional company. I 3:requested assistance to replace my tire at 12:30pm on a Tuesday. I immediately received a text saying they'd arrive in 59 minutes. 57 minutes later after inquiring on their whereabouts, I recieved another (new) text message saying they'd arrive in 59 minutes. I believe I was put aside for an hour and not until I inquired did they open my ticket. I called them at 2:15 pm and they assured me someone was en route. I again called at 3:20pm to check the status and was informed Inman's cancelled it at 3:10. Why? I don't know, but very unprofessional. I see why their BBB ratings range from D+ to D-. I don't know why any reputable company would use this business as their subcontractor read more

Waited over 3 hours and nobody showed up. Was told initially the ETA was 67 minutes. 20 minutes later was told Bryant was en route and the ETA was 35 minutes. After waiting over an hour, I called and was told the ETA was now 20 minutes. Waited another hour and called and was told 12 minutes. 45 minutes later and still no one. Terrible service and I don't know why my insurance company uses them for roadside assistance! They lied and told me the initial repair specialist refused the assignment and it was given to someone else. I asked for the new persons name and was told his name is Bryant. Yep, same name as the person I was told refused the assignment! read more

We got back from a trip out of town on 6/12/21 and found we had a flat tire. We contacted our USAA roadside assistance at 11:09pm. It was dispatched to Inman Auto Rescue. Estimated time for them to arrive was 59-69 minutes. After about 45 minutes a lady called to get our exact location (we were in Terminal E parking garage at DFW Airport). I was told at that time a driver was on their way. We waited until 2:00am on someone to show up. We called their phone number numerous times and no answer. I would never use or recommend them to anyone!!! We ended up getting a relative pick us up and went back the next morning to get our vehicle. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!! read more

Called and was told "he was tied up on another call" and it would be another 45 minutes. They didn't bother to call my insurance carrier ( I had no phone on me and said as much during the request). Auto Rescue - My ruined tire! - Roadside Assistance Near Me - Lewisville, Texas

I walked out of Target one Friday night to find my tire on flat. Oh great, just the way I wanted to spend my Friday night. Not. I called my insurance company and they connected me with Auto Rescue. I must admit that I was not too thrilled with the wait time (over an hour, even at almost 11 pm on a Friday night) or with the rude employee I spoke to when I called for an ETA. The only reason I'm not giving a one star rating is because of the gentleman who came out to change my tire and put the spare tire on my car. He was very calm, professional, and put me at ease. Once he arrived, he got to work on airing up my spare tire, removing the flat tire, and getting me set up to go my way. I really appreciate his service and attitude. If the entire company were run like this gentleman (I believe his name was José), then Auto Rescue would be much better off. read more

I wish I could give them negative stars. I called several hours ago, they told me they'd be here in 45. I called an hour later, they said they'd be here in 15. I called 30 min later and they put me on hold for 15. I hung up and called back, and they said he'd be here in 30-45. It's not about and hour past that. And I just got a text saying they'll be here in 25 minutes. So let's put it like this, if you want to be lied to while you wait in 102*f heat for hours, and sea with the worst company ever made, call these a**holes. UNDATE- So I posted this review and called the company. I was put on hold again and they told me AGAIN 15 minutes. After another 30, the driver arrived and helped out. So in conclusion. This company is the worst company. I'd recommend hiring a local kid with a coat hanger and a double a battery to help you before you trust these sorry sacks of crap. read more

If I could give negative reviews I would. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! They lied and were extremely rude. I was stuck on the side of 35W and they were sent through Onstar. I was by myself with my 14 month old on the side of the highway (they knew that). Told me at 6 pm they would be 30-60 min out. At 7 pm I called and was put on hold for 12 minutes and was told it would be another 60 min. 90 min later so a total of 2.5 hours they FINALLY showed up and the guy barely spoke English and had a girl in the backseat laughing. My insurance company Geico sent Auto Rescue of Chi LLC as roadside assistance to help jump my car. I believe the battery is dead. My car is parked behind my apartment in a parking spot with some snow on both sides of my car. It is WINTER and I cannot control the snowfall. So Antonio Castro the roadside assistance driver pulled up, said there was too much snow on the sides of my car, he has other people to take care of and drives off. Antonio is indeed a lazy, sorry, worthless piece of s***. The company he works for is also a piece of s*** company. I assure you that I nor none of my family, friends or even my coworkers will never deal with this company. Antonio clearly doesn't give a s*** about his job or the company he works for. They need to replace him with someone who needs a job and is willing to work. read more

Geico roadside assistance connected me with this company for a tow while I had a flat on the side of a busy highway in a snow storm. An hour later I received a confirmation call but it had the wrong location. I called back to correct & confirm and they updated my address. 3 hours later a driver calls me, but he is at the wrong location I had previously fixed. I tried to give him directions (5 mins away) but he hung up & they cancelled my request. Geico set me up with a new tow trucking company who helped me in 3 hours. Got suck at 2:30 & didn't get home until 9pm..mostly bc of this terrible business. But wait there's more... The next day I'm trying to fix the flat, but a lugnut is stuck. Geico sets me up with this company again. After waiting for 3 hours they cancelled. ‍ Wtf. read more

I waited three hours for service before I finally called in to check on the status. When I called in they said that someone was still on the way. I explained that I had to leave to go to work and they said it's fine to leave that they would still be able to do the service. The driver called 10 minutes after I left to tell me that he cannot do the service if nobody is present. The driver was rude and would not tell me his name or the service that he worked for and hung up on me. I had to call my insurance to find out what company it was through. I have USAA for my insurance and I am also a USAA Employee. I will be escalating this because as an employee, I don't feel that USAA should be associated with companies who treat their customers this way. read more

I was nervous, didn't know what to expect. Samuel showed up within 30 minutes and was just great. He helped me promptly and assured me I was good to get to the tire place on my spare. I was appalled at their customer service. No offense to Geico, as they're super helpful, but I did recommend that they not contract with this company anymore. Daniel showed up in a reasonable amount of time, but with an attitude problem. I needed help changing a flat tire. When he asked where my wheel lock was and I didn't know, I suggested looking in the trunk next to the jack. He scoffed and said I'd be the first person to have it there. He refused to check, said he couldn't help, and drove off quickly. I checked myself and found the wheel lock in a bag tied to the jack. read more

I used Geico's Emergency Roadside Service and was assigned this towing company. I was given an estimated time of about an hour. Fine, that's standard. After two hours, I called them. They never picked up the phone. I called Geico next. They wouldn't pick up the phone for them either. This is third time I've had to wait an excessive amount of time for this company. I have told Geico not to assign them to me ever again. The unprofessionalism and customer service is not up to par. Steer clear of them if at all possible. read more

Take home point: if anyone even glimpsed at this, PLEASE do NOT use their service, you'll only end up regretting it, and will be stranded for HOURS. They are DISHONEST LIARS. read more

Heat index is 105 and I'm stuck in a parking lot with a completely busted tire at 2pm. Contact Verizon Roadside Assistance who assigned this company. ETA 3:17pm. At EXACTLY 3:17 pm, I receive a phone call that the technician is behind (a job is taking longer than expected) and it'll be an additional 20-25 minutes. Also, that he will call 5 minutes before he arrives. Okay so great! I'll expect him around 3:40ish. Well 3:57 pm rolls around, no phone call and definitely no tech. I call the company directly. The lady who answered was polite to me, but she needs to realize I can hear her conversing with her co-worker and her calling someone a bitch. Classy. I'm placed on hold while she figures out what is going on with my assigned tech. I hold for 6 minutes the poof! the call is ended. Call back again. Get the same lady who informs me that it will be another 35 minutes before I can expect the tech. Mind you, original ETA was 3:17 pm. ETA is now 4:45 pm. Thanks to my lovely fellow Yelpers, I recognized the trend and did not give these people the benefit of the doubt. I promptly called back. Cancelled the request, didn't even mess with the Verizon Roadside Assistance and called a local company on my own who was at my car in under 10 minutes. Now I don't necessarily expect that from a roadside assistance program but I also don't expect it to take almost 3 hours for a tech to get to me and my car and the dumb little game of pushing the ETA back further and further. I had the misfortune of having a flat. Since it involved a spare under the can, in had idea how to access the dang thing. Kia dispatched a tech and within 30 minutes, I was back in business. I can't believe how rude this service was! Do NOT use this business! I contacted my insurance's Roadside Assistance after having a flat tire on I-35. Instead of trying to deal with the flat tire myself and potentially cause further damage, I decided to use this service (that's why I pay for it, after all!) The technician who came out to help from Inman's Auto Rescue could not have been more rude and acted as if I had personally interrupted his day. This is not why I am complaining, though. I can deal with bad attitude. But when I asked if he could tell me what had happened to the tire (since the car is barely a year old and still under warranty) he said I had run over a nail. Well, actually he just said "Nail!" because he apparently could not be bothered to speak in complete sentences to me. I inspected the tire after he left and saw no signs of a puncture, but thought it best to trust the technician since, hey, its his job and he probably knows more than I do. Right? Wrong. I took the car to a service center the next morning only to discover that there was nothing at all wrong with the tire itself (the tire's air valve extender had caused a leak - an easy fix!) and that this guy had, as far as I can tell, blatantly lied to me. While it is not really this guy's job to diagnose my car - only to change the flat - I cannot figure out why he would tell me I ran over a nail when I very clearly did not. I would assume that any trained roadside assistance technician would be able to tell that there was nothing wrong with the tire and that it just needed to be re-filled with air. Or if he didn't know, he could have just said so. No big deal. But because of this, I had to take the morning off work and drive 20 miles to the nearest tire service center - all of which, it seems to me, could have easily been avoided. I don't like to blindly complain on Yelp. I tried to send this feedback to the email address Inman Auto Rescue listed on their receipt, but the email address is not valid and my message was sent back. I am posting this here in hopes that it helps someone else avoid getting screwed by this company. read more

If there was a way to give negative stars i would. I called tonight at 6:30 because i had a flat tire (in the rain). I was told a technician would be sent out shortly. I called back at 7:00 because i had not heard anything, i was told that the operator would call the person who was to come help and call me back, After not hearing anything after 15 additional minutes i called back. As soon as i explained i never was told an ETA he hung up on me. I called from my friends phone and the same thing happened. I have now been hung up on 4 different times from 4 different numbers. This business should be shut down. Update: just tried calling one final time to try to fix the situation and my phone number has been blocked as well as my friends who tried to call. this is ridiculous. read more
