Brought my father's newly worn coat here to get dry cleaned and suddenly he was contacted and asked if he saw that the leather on one of the pockets were damaged? You know damn well y'all damaged that and you wanna throw the blame our way? They didn't charge for the dry cleaning COZ YOU RUINED THE NEW COAT. Why would anyone pay for this? Thank goodness I didn't bring my wedding dress here to be cleaned and pressed. I went there yesterday to drop off my daughters very expensive sweater to be dry cleaned. Well, the man there was incompetent. Asked for my phone number (no problem) asked for my name (no problem) he was typing into the computer and started yelling "you're not here you're not here". When where you here last?, I said "I don't know"! Had me hand write my name and number, started keying again. You are not here, you are not here! I grabbed my daughters very expensive sweater, and said "this is ridiculous". " I am now running late for work"! He actually did me a favor, looking around at this place, I was glad. There's a great dry cleaner down the street in Cresskill. Thats where I will be bringing my clothes from now on. In today's busy world I don't have time for such nonsense.
