NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP FOR REPAIR! On December…read more20,2024 I was involved in a minor accident on the Tollway. The right rear panel and rear passenger door were damaged. The car was easily driveable however a tow truck appeared and offered to take my car to the nearest collision center which was Xtreme Collision. It was not a preferred shop for State Farm Insurance but I was reassured by both the shop and State Farm that this was not unusual and the repairs could be done there. I thought it would be a 6 week project and all would be well. Week after week ,month after month I was told it was progressing. I finally went down to the shop and was shocked to see that they had completely dismantled my car, replacing parts that were not damaged in the accident. The car was leased, only three years old , low milage and high residual value. I was told that dismantling of my car was necessary in order to paint it appropriately. Soon my allotted rental car appropriation had been exhausted and I was then renting from Enterprise at my own expense. The lease on my damaged car was up at the end of April and then I was paying daily lease on the car in the shop since I had no car to return at the lease end. In late May the shop still was unable to complete the work and State Farm decided to declare the car a total loss and cut their losses with the shop. The shop would have received several thousand more if they had finished the job. The fact that they decided to accept the lesser payment for a total loss suggests that they were unable to finish the job. I believe that this shop is dishonest, deceptive and incompetent. They did way more on my car than necessary in order to gain more payment from the insurance company. In the end they had taken it apart and were too incompetent to put it back together again. I had a 4000 dollar rental from Enterprise because I was without a car for over 5 months . I had continued lease liability on the car in the shop because I could not turn it in on time. As noted above, the total time of this ordeal was 5 months, two weeks.

I took my car here many years ago and I was so happy with every step of the process as well as…read moretheir work. So I did not hesitate to take my car here again when I got hit by another car. I chose a dealership because I had two recalls on my car that I wanted done at the same time. They told me they would handle it and drive it to the dealership after the collision work was completed. Long story short, when I got my car back I was told they didn't do the recalls because they had to order parts for the recall. Well they had more than a week's notice to do that. I have an after market camera they disconnected and left it that way, along with my back camera was left hanging and disconnected as well. Had to order two lauded tape, and do that myself. My car had just been realigned and even after the wreck was still in alignment. It's horribly out of alignment now and when I called to ask them about it. My service manager said, "we didn't touch the front" Well it happened while you had my car! They replaced my truck cover on backwards. No attention to detail. I'll never bring my car back there. I have to now rent a car myself to get the warranty work done. And be inconvenienced when that was the whole reason I chose their dealership to begin with. And I made that clear when I made the appointment. And reiterated that fact to the service manager when I dropped it off, as well.

This shop is ran by true scammers, Alfonso and his assistant Judy, are the definition of unprofessional, dishonest, and unsafe. I trusted them with my car for what was supposed to be a simple 1-2 week repair. They demanded money upfront, claiming to be a "small mom-and-pop shop" that needed the funds to buy parts. To speed things up, I Zelled them the money. Instead of doing the work, Alfonso gave me excuse after excuse, blaming my insurance, blaming suppliers, blaming anyone but himself. Meanwhile, my car sat on their lot for 30 days (untouched and unrepaired) in the Texas heat. When I finally requested a refund and to take my car elsewhere, Alfonso and Judy turned hostile and aggressive. I was verbally attacked and had to call the police just to retrieve my car. By that time, the battery was dead from sitting unused for so long and I now have to pay for another one. They refused to provide any repair timeline, refused to return the money I had already paid, and their negligence forced me to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for rental cars. Alfonso continues to string me along with empty promises of a Zelle refund, claiming his business "needs to make more money first" before he can pay me back. Imagine that level of dishonesty. After researching further, I discovered I'm not the only victim. The BBB and other review sites are filled with similar complaints about this shop taking money (including insurance payouts) and failing to perform repairs. This is not a one-time mistake, it's a pattern and a scheme. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any business. The lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic human decency is shocking. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even for something as simple as an oil change. PLEASE don't fall for this scam. I now have no choice but to pursue legal action.
