I took my car here many years ago and I was so happy with every step of the process as well as their work. So I did not hesitate to take my car here again when I got hit by another car. I chose a dealership because I had two recalls on my car that I wanted done at the same time. They told me they would handle it and drive it to the dealership after the collision work was completed. Long story short, when I got my car back I was told they didn't do the recalls because they had to order parts for the recall. Well they had more than a week's notice to do that. I have an after market camera they disconnected and left it that way, along with my back camera was left hanging and disconnected as well. Had to order two lauded tape, and do that myself. My car had just been realigned and even after the wreck was still in alignment. It's horribly out of alignment now and when I called to ask them about it. My service manager said, "we didn't touch the front" Well it happened while you had my car! They replaced my truck cover on backwards. No attention to detail. I'll never bring my car back there. I have to now rent a car myself to get the warranty work done. And be inconvenienced when that was the whole reason I chose their dealership to begin with. And I made that clear when I made the appointment. And reiterated that fact to the service manager when I dropped it off, as well. read more

The repair technician was Clear, and he did an absolutely great job. I picked up my SUV today and could not believe the repair! My SUV looked brand new! I think some people here got Lute Riley Honda confused with the Lute Riley Collision Center, which is a repair shop. So coincidentally I had my car towed here for repair after getting into a wreck. I don't know anything about cars, but this place was recommended to me by my insurance. I would agree that they aren't the best at keeping in touch with you over-the-phone, but I think the less time spent on talking was spent on working. They did a fantastic job on my car, repairing, cleaning, getting it to run smoothly again. Overall great service! EDIT: I'm bumping up a star for the sake of giving them at least 3 stars, because some reviews incorrectly address the Dealership part of the business rather than the Collision Center. read more

My 2016 Accord had front end and right fender damage. Alex handled everything and made it good as new. Great service, ready on time and very accommodating to my needs. Front desk lady was nice, organized and efficient. I have high standards and they did not disappoint. I hope to not need body work again but if so, this is my place. read more

The quick express here is bad! My wife has brought the vehicle in a couple of times for oil changes (I usually do the oil changes). They do not take responsibility for any of there work! They need to read the directions on how to tighten the oil filters and plugs! Not hard guy's! Just own up! read more

My guess is that they are under new management now based on the reviews I'm reading, because I had a wonderful experience with them. After the most ridiculous fender bender, I took my car to Lute Riley's collision center, and let me just favorably call out Scott Weeks. :) When I brought my car in on Monday (March 14), he told me it would take a week and I had a Rent-A-Car from Enterprise right next-door. The problem with that is my daughter was scheduled to take her driver's test after having her learner's permit for six months already and she had been looking forward to that day which, would've been March 18 (today!). Enterprise said I would be breaking three laws if I let my child take the test in that rental. So I broke the news to my daughter that it's highly likely that she will have to reschedule her test. We deliberately waited until the last minute, praying for a miracle. Then, the insurance company called me (the woman who hit me - her insurance) and said that I would be out of my own pocket if I had the Rent-A-Car past Friday. So I mentioned it to Scott later in the week (It might've been Wednesday the 16th?), and he did everything in his power to get my car done in time so I wouldn't have to pay extra car rental fees and so that my daughter could actually take her driver's test on the scheduled date. There had been a lot of buildup around that for my teenager! And he delivered! My car looks great, and my daughter is now a licensed driver! :-) I'd call that a win-win! read more

Having to take your car in to get it repaired is always stressful, but Jay was completely considerate, patient, and professional with me. He explained everything and the repairs turned out to be of the highest quality and workmanship. Worst car repair collision facility ever! I take my car to get some bodily damage fixed, they say they need to drain my A/C to get some part behind my wheel. The bodily damage looks fixed, three days later I hear a "clacking" noise in my car. I can't make it back in right away. By weekend, my car is completely immobile. The belt came off. I take it back in and they said the compressor went out. normal, wear and tear of 2002 Honda Civic Si with 89k miles. I ask them how is my car is having these issues now if it normal wear and tear after your car fiddled with my car? The repair consultant wants to charge $1500 for the work and says he has nothing to do with the issue and not even same area they worked on. Then the repair consultant tried to pull a sales BS and says let me to talk to my boss and see if he can give you a special deal, common salesman BS. Are you interested in fixing my car or upselling is my immediate thought? He also tried to say I wanted the insurance company to pay for this? I don't want the insurance company to pay for this. I want Lute Riley to pay for it. How come a few days later after getting my car back I have the worst mechanical issues I have ever had with my car now? It doesn't add up. UPDATE: I took my car to another mechanic to get a second opinion, and it was exactly as I suspected. They messed around with my A/C and change the condenser and didn't put oil in the condenser. The mechanic asked me if I had issues with A/C after I turned it on. I said yes. Almost immediately after I got the car I had the clanking noise where the belt got stuck with compressor. Remember the Lute Riley guys claimed up and down they had nothing to do with my issues with the compressor. I took a video when we vacuumed the fluids out of the condenser and there was just a drip, not a flow of some fluid. I even let Scott Weeks from Lute Riley talk to my mechanic and he said well probably the compressor had no oil and that is why it seized up and there is no way it could be their fault. Basically, these guys NEVER want to take responsibility for their crappy mechanical work. I expected more from them because they are associated with Lute Riley Honda. Only they offered to cover is my car rental. They still have cost me a day off work and time to run around to get my car fixed elsewhere, let a lone car rental fees. They need to be sued. I will contact Honda Corp and BBB about these guys. TERRIBLE and WORST experience ever. This is something you read about and never think it will happen to you. read more

I've taken my car in here multiple times and always get great results. Alex Medina is my go-to. He takes the time to look over and address all issues that need to be repaired. I recently had a wheel that needed to be sent back and refinished due to a defect that caused the clear-coat to peel off. It came back looking prefect! They will work with your schedule and I always get my car back when promised. Everyone I have interacted with at this shop are always welcoming. I will say that these people were so hard to get a hold of but I don't care because I loved the actual work they did on my car. Todd was my guy and he does his own appointments so you have to speak directly to him. Because of this you should try to call 7:30-8 in the morning if you have him. He does not return voicemails but if you call at this time you can get ahold of him easily. Anyway once my car was in the shop they did their job and even explained to me everything I had questions about with my car. I was very worried because my car was practically brand new but when I got it back, I couldn't tell at all that it had been hit. They also washed and vacuumed my car which I appreciated. Long story short, they might not have the best over the phone service but their work is totally worth it. read more

I took my car in to have quite a few minor scratches and dings fixed on a Tuesday. I was given a $1500 estimate and told it would be ready in 3 days. On Friday I was told that the car would not be ready until Monday at 12:30pm and that the estimate had changed to $1900. On Monday I called to make the payment on the repairs and the final cost was $2100. A few emails were exchanged and at least two phone calls were made to settle the payment. After the payment was made I drove to the company to pick up my car. I was met in the lobby by the estimator who just looked at me and shook his head before saying the car wasn't ready. I thought he must be confused because we had exchanged emails and talked on the phone and he NEVER mentioned that the car wasn't ready. He said it would be ready on Tuesday around 1pm. I called on Tuesday and left a message with the receptionist for the estimator to call me if my car was ready. Then an unknown person called and left a voice mail stating that the car would be ready at 5:30pm. Needless to say, I was frustrated. I then called to speak with the manager. I explained the whole sequence of events to him and he said he would go look at my car and see when it was going to be ready. He called me back about 20 minutes later with the news that it wouldn't be ready at all that day!! I told him part of the frustration was the $53 per day that I was paying for the rental car. I felt that Lute Riley should offer to pay for some of that. He did agree, but first he asked if I was actually paying for it or if my company was paying for it. My company is paying for the repairs and the rental car, but isn't that beside the point? It shouldn't change the way Lute Riley is treating the customer! And I am trying to be responsible with my company's money just as I would be with my own. Anyway, the manager said he would call me at 9am on Wednesday morning. He didn't. I called him at 9:30 and he said he thinks my car might be ready around 11am. An extremely frustrating interaction with this company so far. Hopefully the repairs will leave me with no additional complaints. Originally I had only one star but they did a very good job of making things right. Lute Riley did a fabulous job on the car. It looks perfect. They arranged to have the rental deeply discounted. The experience was less than pleasant, but at the end they really did try to make things right. read more

We took our car to Lute Riley collision to be repaired after a person hit our Camery. They repaired or car beautifully. They had given us a rental from enterprise and told us it might take a week and a half to fix it properly. The called us and kept us updated on the progress and the costs as well. When we picked up the car they had already settled with the other persons insurance and it also paid for the car rental. We could not have asked for better service or quality in workmanship. Well done Lute Riley Collison. We would defiantly recommend them to our family and friends. read more

My insurance recommended the body shop but I said no because I've got my car fixed at Honda collision before and it was great! I called all day to make an appointment on a Tuesday and no one picked up. I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Todd was the person that was I suppose to get in contact with but he as well never returned my calls. Came in the next day and the receptionist said "we only go off appointments" in the rudest manner. Todd was just hanging out in his office when she called to tell him I was there to drop my car off. She gave us some forms to fill out and once we sat down, a lady that was waiting as well told us that she was very rude to her as well. We grabbed our things and left. I had an exceptional experience with Lute Riley Collision Center and specifically Todd. Of importance to me was Todd was very specific on the time the shop would be able to get the auto in for repair, the time it would take for the repair and a detailed estimate of the repair. He walked me through the elements of repair, but also took time to look at the entire vehicle and suggested repair to a wheel that had been scratched. I brought the car in on the designated date, all was ready, picking up an Enterprise rental which is conveniently located in the same office, then picked up my car when promised. The cost was exactly as quoted. Although painful to lose use of my car, Todd made the entire process simple. The most critical aspect was the return to "new" condition. I have always received fantastic service here and I have owned a Lute Riley Honda since 1997. They are the only ones that service my car. I recently (November 2015) had two new tires on the front wheels. Kyle gave me great technical info that I didn't know about the tires and I appreciated him answering all of my questions. Since buying the tires, one of them had a slow leak that I went back for several times to have them put air in for me. One test came back that there was no hole so I'd have it aired up and I'd keep driving. Kabin was so excellent with trying to find the problem and his customer service was outstanding. There didn't seem to be a hole in the tire but it kept leaking. Each time I had it aired up, they encouraged me to let them look at it again but I never had time to wait. I was able to let them look at it last weekend and a tear in the valve hose was found and solved the problem. I can't thank Kabin and Kyle enough for taking care of me and for finding the issue and fixing it. They are personable and I felt like I had friends taking care of my car for me. Melissa is fantastic also! I won't go anyplace else as I am always treated wonderfully and I leave with my issues satisfied! read more

I took my car in for a routine oil change. I was told that there was a repair needed on my air conditioning, that my battery was low so I needed a new one, and that I needed new wipers. I had no clue about the a/c or battery, but I was puzzled by the wipers since they were 6 months old and were still working like new. Because of the wipers, I even questioned to make sure we were talking about my Pilot. I was going out of the country, so I said I'd be back after my trip to take care of the repairs. As it turned out, I ended up having to drive to Chicago unexpectedly and was extremely paranoid that my battery would die or my a/c would go out. I had the car checked out in Chicago, making special mention of the battery and a/c. I was told NO repairs were needed and that my car was in good condition to drive back to Dallas. One month later, I drove back to Chicago from Dallas and once again had my car checked out. Still, nothing wrong. After that trip, I called Lute Riley Honda and spoke to someone about my experience. The response I received was, "let me transfer you to a manager." I was dumped into voicemail where I left a detailed message and included my name and phone #. Nobody ever called me back. I am not going back there and would warn anyone who does to get a second opinion if a repair is suggested. I think something fishy is going on there. read more
