Took my ford lightning to Bryan august 26th to get front end repaired from collision I got a text message from him September 11th letting me know it was ready the total charge for the front end work was 2950 I asked for pictures everything looked good so I decided to get the door jam fixed and painted for a charge of 1200 on September 15th I went up there to look at the work because It was so called done after reviewing the work he had initially charged me for a new radiator support that he bought used and painted over it so it could look new but it was rusted so I had to supply with him with a used radiator support in better condition mind you I paid for a new one and never received that money back after he realized I knew what I was talking about he came clear and told me it wasn't new so he agreed to fix it for free which should of been done the first time since that's what I paid for he then told me not to come back that my business wasn't welcomed after giving him 4000 for repairs on my vehicle I finally went to pick it up after the re installment of the radiator support on September 21 and I'm very disappointed in what 4000 dollars of repairs look like as well as having to deal with Bryan's attitude he's definitely not a professional at what he does don't get tricked by the good reviews definitely not coming back by the way I guess $4000 can't get you new washers since the new body shop came across grinding discs that were used as washers

Entire driver side door paint is rough, lacks clear coat

Well, my second and last trip to this shop went far worse than I could've imagined unfortunately. I needed a rear bumper repaired after getting backed into. Upon picking up the car post repair, the rear bumper looked okay. We talked a bit, and I pointed out some areas, but otherwise no problems. When I got the car back to the garage and when I started wiping it down I noticed the entire driver side paint was rough, almost as if there was no clear coat left. The paint is pretty trashed. When I called back to notify them of the condition and told him I wanted him to take a look at it, he was immediately defensive. Now I should note that I have pictures of the car before it went in for the bumper repair, and the car looked amazing and had no paint issues. Anyway, I had two coworkers go to the shop with the car to show him the damage that had been done. He was extremely rude to them, told them that he didn't do it and that he can't cover things he had nothing to do with, and told them he never wants to do business with us again. Long story short, our car came back with more damage then it went in with and he made us feel as if it was our fault. Never going here again and I don't want anyone else to have to deal with the stress I've been through just to get a simple bumper job done. 0/10. See the attached pictures to see the damaged paint. Almost the entire drivers side of the car looks as shown in the pictures.

I can not say enough about Dallas Auto Body. Bryan is great to deal with and they get the job done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Took us in last second, even when I sensed it was not convenient for us to walk in on a Friday…read morebegging for help with putting on new leaf springs we brought in, that weren't even an exact replacement fit, where other parts and front end work especially, would be required for a perfect job done. I'll eventually redo the entire steering/suspension, where I'll reinstall the drivers side u bolts evenly like they are on the passenger side, but this was great here, being helped last second like this. Yet what I really appreciate most is authentic business, where my ass is not being kissed, I'm not receiving fake smiles and no one's pretending to be excited when they're not. I really liked this guys attitude. Don't know if he's the owner or what. I personally don't trust anyone who's smiling really big like they're truly happy to see me walk into their repair shop hauling in leaf spring packs on a Friday, and never having met me before. I wish more business owners and employees would be authentic people, and just say it how it is, be who they are, be in whatever mood they're in and don't front. Sadly that's not what naive consumers want- the ones who know nothing about how to fix their own cars while also running a shop. (Most everyone I assume). People complain all the time about real attitudes, but if they want fake ones, they should expect fake business. Which is what 99.9% of what we gets in shops... I'm paying these sweet smiling faces thousands to break my autos. It happens every time- I travel a lot. I go back to say the repair went poorly, and they smile really big, saying it did not. That everything is great or something else is wrong. Then I go home pissed as hell at myself for even going back, because if it's bad the first time, it's only getting worse if you go back. (Never go back). I then dust off and drag out my floor Jack and stands with my crippled disabled ass body that can barely turn a wrench most days, And I get to pull off all the mountains of parts they broke and yank out $350 new Delphi fuel pumps they put in, to find it's full of mud as I'd suspected, and never would have known unless I could remove my entire fuel tank out on the side of the not-level-street to pull it out myself to confirm my suspicions. Then I get to see the frame damage from them over tightening things, missing the bullseye with their hammers and wacking huge dents into my now altered rusting frame. I get to see my $100 fuel filler hose was cut down the side- and too far down, as well- because they removed it the fast lazy way. (Because I'll never see it... yeah). I get to go buy all new parts myself, and then I get to reinstall them myself, using my real torque wrench with my real torque specs and real brain, and I get to think about how all these fancy shops with free cold water bottles and new leather sofas and their smiling faces gaining 5 stars on Yelp! are so good at being fake and getting away with it, because they know the game and they know that you don't know shit. How you don't know that they strategize dishonest ways to get Yelp! to take my honest reviews down. I don't want fake repair work done on my truck anymore, so seriously thanks for being one of those rare authentic humans, and who's behind the counter while under the car too. End review rant. Excited to finally find a real authentic human in an auto repair shop. For real, thank you.
