Great experience. Was able to schedule my arrival rather than just walk-in which reduced waiting time. All documentation was completed through their website prior to visit for seamless check-in. All staff members were very friendly. Nurse practitioner was able to provide diagnosis, care and send treatment to my drug store immediately. I went to get checked for a problem i was having, they took my information, the front desk was very nice and professional, they took me to the back , i waited in room for dr. to come in, I was there for about 25 minutes , the doctor came in and just ask me a few question did not even examen me and said ok medicine will be called in . NO EXAM from her , she sucks ..I will never go there again, and they withdraw money from my checking account with out my permission a month later with out letting me know, WTH. A woman who helped us, Kelly Diamond, called herself a doctor and was not, but in actuality a PA. The front desk staff was very nice and the nurses were nice as well. I disagreed with her recommended treatment of my daughter and she raised her voice at me. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. Will never return and will certainly tell people to avoid her to treat them. A huge know-it-all with no reason to act that way. read more

ATROCIOUS The worst urgent care experience I have ever had. Went in for leg pain and nobody even examined me however they managed to misdiagnosed me with a broken knee. when I questioned them bc my knee was not the part of my body that actually hurt all of a sudden nobody was educated enough to answer medical questions and they refused to let me speak with an actual doctor. They handed me in a full leg stabilizer without even showing me how to use it and sent me on my way. Wearing the brace made my leg way worse and sent the situation spiraling into more MRIs and testing. I'm literally never going to urgent care again let alone this dump. read more

I am so tired of calling & leaving messages!! There is no one that ever answers 6105616411..... I paid with AMEX on 11-18-18 at the Villanova Office ... they were actually quite helpful... Than I start getting billed from Kennett Sq. & I started calling since I thought possible identity theft .....I've left home & cell ...I call early late & leave detailed messages...Now I'm sure this has hit my credit! AMEX can't assist since I waited to long .. This week while out of the country a collection agency starts calling .. They gave me a different number .. that doesn't work at all !!!! Dr. Gillander prescribed 4mg of METHYLPREDNISOLONE tablets for a severe case of gout. 4mg isn't enough for a minor sinus infection much less a bad case of gout. Clochicine .6mg is what is required to knock out the gout. 10mg of METHYLPREDNISOLONE with a shot to get a quick reaction. These people maybe good for a common cold, but that is it. If you are in severe pain or suffering, stay away from this place. read more

Don't - not worth the time or hassle! Go get healthCARE somewhere else. Rooms were dirty - floor had pink and clear liquid dried, somebodies earring on the floor and no paper towels in the rest room. Screwed up my results and offered to send me back for retesting; no commitment to solving the issue and PA was mad that I didn't want to go back and trust them again for another 3-5 day wait. Staff is not polite, reasonable or trained in customer/patient services. I went here shortly before they closed last Saturday night. Facility was clean, staff was welcoming, there was no wait and the PA who treated me was very knowledgeable and articulate. I would recommend this location for an emergency when you don't want to sit in a hospital ER for 5 or more hours. read more

August 7th, 2019 -- Wednesday night my husband injured his knee playing sports. We went in just to be greeted by a rude receptionist who didn't want to take us in until the other receptionist (who was the only nice one) said yes. It was just about closing time at 8:50pm but they (the doctors as well) were very rude, blatantly showing with expressions and sighing about how they just had two patients come in this late. One lady doctor said to the nice receptionist "you should've closed that door 5 minutes ago" at 8:53. YOU CLOSE AT 9!!!! If you want a laid back job go elsewhere far away from healthcare! Healthcare is unpredictable and injuries happen at all times not on YOUR time. If your signs say you close at 9pm and I come in at 8:50pm you better treat me with respect and take care of me as if I had come in first thing in the morning. Such rude staff. I took my mother here one afternoon because she was having pains in her left side. My mother is 88 and a very sweet gentle-natured woman. A nurse came in and her name was Jen and she was lovely. She was very kind and caring towards my mother, listened to her, very gentle and helping her. Then the physicians assistant PA, comes in. I watched as she sat behind her computer prior to entering the room. A very striking woman, of Greek or Italian descent, diminutive in stature- The first thing I noticed when she enters the room is about a 5 carat diamond on her finger. In the very short period of time she was there she was rude, borderline aggressive, did not listen to my mother, was going to completely talk over her daughter and it was apparent she really didn't even want to be there. She upset my mother by her brusqueness and rudeness. She then spun around and left the room, thankfully... I Motioned for the nurse to come over and asked her about the things that were said. I also complimented her on her kind demeanor. She informed us that she was once a hospice nurse, yet had also worked in an ER environment. She put my mother at ease, and even jollied her up having her laughing at a few things. This young nurse was the only saving grace of this facility. read more

This place has gone downhill over the years. If you go there and you are sick and what they do does not help or they misdiagnosed you, they won't help you. They tell you to come back and Pay again (even if you were just there the day before) or they want to send you to a specialist instead of trying to help you. Not sure why they bother calling you the next day and asking how you feel because of you are still not feeling well they won't help. I will not go back as this has happened to me twice. read more

THIS IS THE WORST URGENT CARE EVER! I have been misdiagnosed there 4 times in the past 2 years! Why I went back is beyond me...I think it is because I keep hoping they will treat me properly to save myself the 4 hr ER wait...They really are clueless and should state they only can take care of the common cold for anything beyond that they are quite scary! Each of my 4 visits I ended up having to go to the emergency room for treatment! The ER is quite a wait but it is soooo worth it to get treated and diagnosed properly! The Urgent care is staffed with a PA not a medical Doctor and so is the ER but the difference between the ER PA that treated me and the PA at this urgent care was night and day! The one here was clueless! SCARY PLACE ! read more

This facility has found a way increase their profits by not accepting the typical discounted negotiated rate thru your insurance company. They are coding and billing by using a "global fee" id. Be prepared to pay a flat $150 just to be seen which does not include other services. Go to your primary physician if at all possible to avoid non- discounted high charges. read more

I received a call from the medical director who told me the medical assistant was let go . It was her mistake and it wasn't the first. Also that I would receive a refund, which I did. I just recently received a bill and called to question it. I spoke with a girl who said she needed to speak with her supervisor. Haven't heard back yet. read more

I always take my kids here now vs. waiting for a pediatrician appt. When my ped. Said my daughters bad cough was allergies and gave us claritin i went here days later they diagnosed it as pneumonia and started an IV right there. Always have had great doctors and friendly assistants read more
