Instead, I sat there for 45 minutes and still had not been called or serviced, so I ultimately had to leave. What made this especially frustrating is that I was fasting for my appointment. Sitting and waiting while fasting for that long was uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. There were also at least nine other people waiting. If appointments are being scheduled, Labcorp should have the staffing and organization necessary to accommodate patients in a timely manner. Why make an appointment if patients are going to wait nearly an hour without being seen? I hope Labcorp takes a serious look at how this location is managing appointments and patient wait times. Patients deserve better--especially when they have followed the instructions to fast and have made the effort to arrive on time.

We spent the next three months doing rehab at home with Dr. Kelly, and soon enough, Colby was as good as new. Unfortunately, a few months later, we discovered he had two ruptured discs and needed immediate surgery. The surgery did not go as planned, and Colby lost the use of his front legs. Miraculously, Dr. Kelly worked with us to beat the odds and enabled Colby not only to walk again without restrictions but also to become stronger than ever. Dr. Kelly's holistic approach ensures your pet is getting everything they need to thrive. She uses cutting-edge methods and is always researching the latest advancements to benefit animals. We continued to work with Dr. Kelly in person until she moved. We then transitioned to virtual sessions, which were also incredibly beneficial for Colby and us. Dr. Kelly was excellent at showing us how to do the exercises so that we could continue them with Colby between sessions. It is worth also noting that right a few months before Dr Kelly moved, our dog went blind. Of course that didn't stop her or our dog (who was very treat motivated) from doing their sessions. Sadly, Colby passed away a few weeks ago, but the last two years of his life would not have been the same without Dr. Kelly's support and guidance. Thank you, Dr. Kelly and your team!
