BTW...my husband was able to see the same doc I had been scheduled with...he told her of my experience...she denied that she had cancelled any appointments and had not had any family emergency that kept her from work. All the doctors on staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and go to great lengths to make sure their patients are comfortable, informed, and well cared-for. While I've also seen the other doctors in the practice once or twice, my PCP is Dr. Melrose, and he's delightful. An affable guy without any of the arrogance that you often see in other doctors, Dr. Melrose -- and his angel of an assistant Charlene -- both take wonderful care of their patients. He never makes you feel like you're taking up valuable time, and is perfectly happy to spend as much time as needed with each patient. The front-office staff is very friendly and welcoming as well, and the clinic itself is clean, brightly-lit, and quite nice. Best of all, I've never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment, and 95% of the time, I'm seen within five minutes of walking through the door. My only regret is that I didn't switch to GVFM sooner. So long as I live in this area, I'll never, ever go to another practice. LOVE these guys!
