From the front desk staff to the doctor in the back, all were compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. I'm dealing with my first serious health scare. I felt anxious when I first arrived, but I left feeling better because the staff were able to answer all my questions and concerns throughout my appointment. I didn't have to wait 5-7 business days for results! It was a seamless process, and if I ever need imaging services again, I wouldn't hesitate to take the drive to Clinton.

Instead of saying something right then in there, they waited until I got there to tell me the appointment had been canceled because the doctor "got off at 4:30." If the provider isn't available after 4:30, why are appointments being scheduled that late in the first place? Not to mention, the last time I was there I waited well over 10 minutes (but I guess it ok for the doctors) This time, I left work early, spent an hour sitting in traffic, and got absolutely no apology or acknowledgment that my time had been wasted by the rude individuals at the front desk. Very disappointing annoying lack of customer service and a complete lack of consideration for patients. 1 star. Do not recommend.

I arrived at 6:30am for my MRI appointment and there was no signage regarding how to enter the facility. I had to discover the entrance for myself when the front door unlocked at 7:00am. Once I entered the office the nurse on duty told me that their MRI was not working and did I get their voicemail. I, of course, did not. It would have saved me a trip. Sheesh. Seems like a shoddy place to do business with. I had no interest in re-scheduling and wasting more of my limited time. Will be seeking a refund from the service that sent me there.

This was such a bad experience. It seemed like there were some unnecessary office visits (each…read morerelated to an office visit charge with a copay) and I did not understand why I was charged for office visits just to have blood drawn (especially when I had to pass two Labcorp centers to get there) or for quick conversations that could have occurred over the phone. There were also some issues with listening to me, as the patient. If I tell you, as a new patient, that I have had certain procedures, I do not expect to be challenged and told that it is not possible because they wouldn't do it. There are always exceptions to the textbooks. So I had to provide the surgical report before he would concede that I was correct. As such, my initial diagnosis was not even feasible due to a past surgery that I initially noted I had. Also, twice, I was prescribed meds that I specifically noted I could not take. Finally, after an unsuccessful surgery, I had to go to another gynecologist to get the initial issue addressed and resolved. While I am sure he is a nice person, this was not the gynecologist for me, due to the experiences noted.

At my church's Breast Cancer Awareness event, she informed us about breast care and the breast cancer. She was passionate, very knowledgeable and humorous. The site is smaller than the radiology centers I've visited previously. It is clean and the atmosphere is just right for their clients. The staff is professional, caring, respectful of one's privacy and down to earth. There are good things happening in Ward 8 in SE DC. This is the only facility in Ward 8 that offers 3D mammography services. They have a parking option but I parked on the street. The center is located in the Community of Hope facility which is across the street from the Bellevue Public library.
