Very disappointed with the bouquet they sent and even more disappointed with the customer service. I asked for a fresh cut bouquet, it came in a vase. I was told it would include "roses". Mothers day blunder. I ordered online on Saturday for a Mothers day delivery the following day. Website was easy no issues picked out what I thought was very nice. Received a confirmation email and thought everything was great. Spoke to my mom that morning and she didn't mention anything so assumed it was coming later. A week later I learned she never received the flowers. I call the business and the lady I spoke to told me they were so busy they turned their computers off. She then went on to say that these things happen and it wasn't their fault. When I asked if these things happen why they wouldn't send notice that they were not delivering the response was OUR COMPUTERS WERE OFF. I expressed the dissatisfaction and she explained that I wasn't billed but if I wanted to reorder they would add some extra flowers to the order at no charge. Really? here take this extra tulip and we will deliver it while were slow if you spend $75 dollars for a basket. No thanks tower flowers..... Real good business you run turning off computers on the busiest day of the year. If you order from here make sure you call to confirm everything is ok, then call again.... I have sent many floral arrangements and I have to say that I was most disappointed with the bouquet at the price paid. It was heart breaking to hear my sweetheart's voice when she asked me "Where did you get these flowers??" When I called and spoke to the manager, they simply explained that they raise prices for roses on Valentine's day and they use a formula to price the bouquet. We used Towers Flowers for our wedding on April 30 and couldn't be happier. Heather made everything a breeze from our first appointment a year ago to the day of. I had an idea of the colors in my head, but wasn't sure about the specific flowers. From me pointing at things I liked in the shop and giving her some vague suggestions, she created beautiful bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. They were also within our budget and reasonably priced in our opinion- we got so much for our money! They did a fantastic job on the day- working with the venue to make everything perfect. TERRIBLE!!!!! One of the rudest vendors I made an appointment with. I have a year and 5 month engagement, and have basically planned my entire wedding in the first 5 months of our engagement. So I am an extremely organized bride. Flowers are the last thing to do. Towers was the recommended vendor of my venue, so we made an appointment with them this past weekend- with Bridget. My fiancé, my mother, and I walk into the place where there are boxes EVERYWHERE (absolute mess)! There are only a few flowers out and they all look about dead. We are basically ignored by the women on the phone and the women in the back. My mother says hello and asks to use the bathroom (let alone our venue is about 45 mins from our house and towers is close to the venue). The women says no go next store to the pizza place, you cant for insurance purposes. My mother is in shock stating that we have an appointment and the women says well I don't have any today. She was going to check the book but at that point with how rude they were, the dead flowers, and that the place looked like a disaster my mother made us walk out. I would NEVER recommend going there. If they cant even write an appointment down how will they show up at your wedding and if they have dead flowers in their store imagine your flowers on your wedding day! read more

Went into Towers Flowers for valentines today and let me just say, I have been meet so welcoming by a business. Obediently after entering I was greeted and told if I had any questions feel free to ask, and that an employee would be with me shortly (there was a rather large line). During my time browsing the vast selection the store had, I overhear a man asking for sunflowers. The gentleman behind the counter said he had some, but he felt unsure about selling them because they would not survive longer than a day or so. (winter is not the best time for sunflowers, and the fact they had them was impressive) For someone to be that honest and not just sell them to make a quick buck, in my mind is a true sign of a caring business. That they truly want what's best for their customers. A few more times while I was in there more customers asked, and he replied with the same response. After a brief wait, I told the gentleman what I was looking for, he wrote down my order, and a few minutes later it was ready. It looked gorgeous. I was so satisfied, I returned an hour or so later for another order. My money went a long way, and the flowers were gorgeous. Definitely going back their next time I need flowers. read more
