He was busy and couldn't make it, but he recommended another business, which led to a third business. I was basically left stranded for almost two hours because the third business forgot about me. The owner of Cobb Towing called me to make sure I was taken care of. When he found out I was still stranded, he came to get me. Not many people would call to check on people they couldn't help, at first. This guy was awesome!
