One of the main reasons I'm comfortable going to Hoekstra for my car repairs Is because he does take the time to speak in depth over the phone and in person about what's needed. Jeff gets the repairs right the first time and his prices are always reasonable. If you want a quick Jiffy Lube or cheap Walmart experience, this isn't the shop for you.
