My Audi Q5 stalled in this area and I had it towed to Klarer. I was skeptical esp. Based on reviews here. I had to leave it overnight as they were busy that day. Will called and asked about the car and issues. I didn't hear back from them, and as another reviewer mentioned, no one answers the phone. So I got a ride and got there. Will and his guys are very friendly.. They had looked into the issues and figured out when the recent recall based replacement done was done by the dealer , they did not put back the seal flange at the tank properly..Leaving me stranded at an intersection, potentially getting rear ended and killed. I have both Mercedez and a Lexus - both out of warrenty. Will Klarer is my go-to guy anytime I need anything done I can't do myself. He's familiar with both my models and knows what to do and isn't shy about using aftermarket parts when it makes sense (Mercedes air shocks are more $$$ and have a 1 year waranty, after market cost less and have a lifetime warranty). HIs memory is phenominal - I just had some upgrades done on the Lexus and he asked how my Mercedes was doing. read more

WOW...where to start...I can't get into ALL the details as there are so many but it goes without saying this is an absolute JOKE of a business. They don't answer the phone or return calls and when asked why "it's hard to answer the phone when everyone's in the back". Seriously? They returned my car filthy and I had to actually stop by several times to check status on my repairs and was lied to again and again. Will, the service manager, is a very knowledgeable and a very honest mechanic. You may have to be a little patient with getting through to someone at the garage. You might have to call a few times before being able to talk to the mechanic, but they are an outstanding group of people. read more

It's all about honesty and quality service with repair shops. Will at Klarer automotive is honest with his assessments and straightforward with options for your repairs. They do quality work and are at least half of the dealership estimates for the same service/repairs. Often I have found Klarer more than half the cost vs dealership. I have a 45 min drive to them but will continue to use and recommend their services. read more

After receiving multiple quotes for a major repair to my BMW, I decided to take my vehicle the Klarer based on the recommendation of a good friend. The work was completed quickly however, the problem came back a day later. After contacting them multiple times and not receiving a return call, I gave up. I spent a lot of money for a repair that did not solve the problem. I feel they just took my money and didn't help.
