She went to a doctor who recommended surgery on her neck with only a 50% chance of it correcting the issue. I recommended she try Dr Art before deciding on surgery. Dr Art found that it was a rotator cup issue and adjusted it. Fixed! She had immediate relief. When my sister in law went back to her doctor (who recommended the surgery) and told him about Dr Art, he was amazed. And now he regularly recommends patience to Dr Art Dr Art does not take insurance. His office says he can keep his costs low that way. But he is very reasonably priced. Rather than feeling like i would just go for a temporary fix (like most scoliosis cases when going to a chiropractor), he helped me realized it will take work, with as severe as my case is, but it will get better and should feel more and more relief each time. I found a text containing grammatical errors, and threats of cancellation over paperwork (that I did fill out prior to the appointment time) of an appointment from a doctor's office to be concerning. I stated simply that the behavior was not encouraging. Their immediate response: "Good morning, Allison! Thank you for your feedback. At Connected Health, we strive to provide a respectful and efficient environment for all of our patients. Given your concerns, we believe it would be best to cancel your appointment. We wish you the very best in finding the care that best fits your needs." Being respectful of your patients would include honoring your appointment commitments. Being respectful of your patients might include not threatening to cancel their appointment the day of, when the patient has already rearranged their schedule. Neither Village Chiropractic or VRX Medical has contacted us about any balance owed. What a horrible way to do business and Village Chiropractic can be sure of one thing: we will never, ever use their services again! Turns out we owed them a co-pay that they failed to collect at the last visit. They had the wrong address recorded for her account--even though they had to make a copy of her drivers license and insurance card. They never called, they claim to have sent 2 invoices to the wrong address, and turned us into collections over $50 because of their failure to properly communicate. What a joke this place is!
